My wife and I booked a pair of 60 minute Swedish massages and had a very good experience. The location is lovely and uses its spaces well. The staff was friendly and our appointment time was met perfectly. Warmed tables awaited and the sound of waves was kept in the background, a nice touch. We both had massages that lasted the full 60 minutes, and each of had slightly different experience but we both thought we received excellent massages. If you are looking for a nice spot on the island then this is your place. Definitely recommended, and you can finish with a short walk to several nice spots to eat if you wish. read more

I give this place 3 stars merely because there are limited places for "treatments" on LBI. I also need to say that I've been coming to LBI for years and this past year I'm noticing a little more "snobbery". That being said...that's the feeling I got when I walked in. The massage table felt more like a folding table...unfortunately I have to say it wasn't the greatest massage I've ever had...however maybe for someone who doesn't frequently get pampered it will be great. A wonderful place to go. I had a facial with Michelle and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to get sunburned and Michelle asked if I wanted to reschedule because she would not be able to do standard facial. It was very nice for her to ask rather than just proceed because she wouldn't be able to perform certain aspects of the facial. I wanted it done anyway and she tailored it to suit my needs. My mom and I have been going to Beach House Spa for over a year now and while she goes much more consistently than myself, we have never been disappointed. Personally I have been for waxing and facials. Lauren makes the experience so comfortable and bearable. She is very knowledge about what her entire profession entails and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. The facials are also very relaxing and effective for helping with acne if you get them consistently. My mom goes consistently for massages and definitely prefers some mousses over others but that is based on personal preference. Prices are definitely fair for quality of the services. Definitely the best spa in LBI! read more

OUTSTANDING! My husband and I had the most relaxing spa day to end our extended stay on the island. We chose the "Day at the Beach" package. The massages with CBD oil were amazing. The massage therapist was very attentive to my trouble spots. The foot scrub/ treatment made me feel like royalty and the scalp massage with Peppermint is a feast for all your senses. I was fortunate to have the owner as my technician for the facial. She was so nice, professional, and made me feel fabulous when we were done. As a business owner myself (not on LBI), I am always impressed when I receive gold standard service. This spa did just that. Very overpriced and disappointed in this place as a spa. I will say that the first time I came here for a massage it was a good experience, but the second time most recently it was TERRIBLE and felt like the masseuse wasn't listening to my concerns which I expressed twice. She barely applied any pressure and lazily conducted the massage when I told her I had sore muscles and wanted a stronger massage on shoulders. Also, it was supposed to be a hot stone massage and she never switched out the stones when they lost their heat so I received what was a cold stone massage for 3/4 of the time I was in there. For $200 I'm extremely disappointed and do not recommend this place for their spa treatments anyways. I walked out of there in disbelief at how little effort the masseuse put in and then how much $$ I was charged. Absurd. read more

Nicole was wonderful as she took her time ensuring that I was comfortable prior to the start of my facial. I found her to be knowledgeable and a complete professional. I came in feeling stressed and left feeling rejuvenated. Thank selected the micro- dermabrasion with the light peel and was very pleased with the results. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. I was there for a blow out but heard very good things about their spa treatments. My first visit was in January where I saw Sheila. She was great; very personable, sweet and did a great job. Today however, was a different story. Nikki was my stylist. She was very sweet but certainly not very comfortable doing a blow out. She washed my hair and it was full of knots. I NEVER have knots in my hair. She seemed very awkward holding the dryer and brush. Admittedly I have a lot of hair and when she started I should have stopped her immediately. I let her continue as I twitched watching. I was scheduled for a blow out with big curls. After over an hour she was just barely getting my hair dry let alone styled. I have keratin in my hair, it should not take that long. I stood up before she was able to start curling because I could not sit any longer. I tried to run my fingers through my hair and it felt like straw and still knotty. I went to the desk and the receptionist first was going to charge me $40, after seeing my reaction she did not charge me. My mother had an appointment immediately following mine, needless to say she did not stay. read more
