Just got my nails done by Sonia and I'm very happy with the experience. It's hard to find a place you like to get things like nails done but this place is clean, peaceful and has friendly staff. Sonia did a great job on my gel pedicure and listened to all my feedback. They use plastic liners for the feet tubs which I like. Keep in mind that you should pay with cash or Zelle, as using the card machine charges 4% of the price. I will come here again. read more

I had the best mani/pedi of my life. The amount of detail Ericka put into my hands and feet are unparalleled. She made my hands go from a coal miner to hollywood star. I had several areas of cuticle tearing and fraying, including an in grown nail and now you can barely see where it ripped my flesh. I am so very impressed. I really needed to find a nail salon that I could make my regular go-to, and I think I found it! The studio was cute and clean and emitted a nice, calming energy. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day without any issues. I came in for a full set and simple french tips and Ericka did a really beautiful job! She took her time and didn't hurt me at all (my fingers usually get all cut and beat up when getting my nails done) and made sure that I liked what she was doing. The place is very clean, staff seem to take COVID precautions seriously and my nail tech (I think she may be the owner) was very gentle. I got the "spa pedicure" which includes a sugar scrub. If I could go give this place no stars, I would, I took my mother to get her nails done and the owner started bad mouthing Asian Nail Salons and how they don't their jobs right. So not cool. Additionally, my mom wanted her nails cut and ingrown nail taken out and the lady said no becuase my mom was diabetic??? Overall, she did not finish her job, and still managed to charge her full pedicure price. Ridiculous. My husband and I are moving to AV this summer and I needed to find my new nail salon! After trying two local ones, I finally stopped by Nails Studio & Beyond this afternoon and I'm soo happy I did! I would highly recommend this place! The customer service is beyond amazing, I honestly felt like family there! The owner of the salon was honestly one of the most sweetest woman I've ever met in my life. She truly has a heart of gold [She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and even shared her food with me! Haha :) ] The quality of work is also amazing at this salon! This place is a hidden gem on the eastside! Clean and classy. Eunice is very personable, remembering my name after only meeting me once before. I usually get a pedicure. The tools and technique are clean and the final res is great. I'm always offered refreshments and last time I was even offered pizza! I love this salon so much, that I decided to get my nails done for the first time in years. I am more than happy with the finished product. Cecil did a fantastic job. So, I walked down the street to this salon instead of going to my hole in the wall on Challenger and Ave K. My appointment was set at 11 and the ladies attended to me right away. The salon inside is very nice and clean. Ms. Sonia Gonzalez was my manicurist and she was excellent. I absolutely loved that she took her time and paid attention to detail with my fill. The other woman Eunice, offered me a mimosa which I wasn't expecting and baby it was refreshing. I paid $40 (the base price is $35 and $5 for them to remove the previous nail color) I enjoyed my time at this salon and I will definitely be returning. Just an FYI, you will need to book your appointment through their facebook page. The impressing thing about booking my appointment is that I am a night owl and I booked my appointment at 3 something in the morning and ten minutes after they opened my appointment was confirmed for 11 am. read more
