First off, I want to say how easy it was to schedule an appointment and how awesome the lady answering the phone was. She was able to give me a price amount and reminded me to come to the right location. Right when I walked in I was greeted and seated up at a bar top. Unfortunately, I was super unsatisfied with what I received for the price I paid. The guy doing my nails was so so so kind and I could tell he was doing his absolute best, but unfortunately, my nails came out uneven and bubbles in the nails. I tried my best to explain hoping maybe he could fix it but unfortunately I left pretty unhappy with my French tip. I think the more he tried to fix it, the worse it got. Maybe I am just being picky. I was kind of sad due to how expensive it was, but I think this is just a place I would avoid for French tip. I'm sure regular polish is fine. The paraffin wax and hot stone massage was pretty cool and a nice touch I had never had before. Very clean inside the facility and pretty quiet as well. read more

Daniel, Ken and Nancy were all amazing. We called a couple hours ahead to see if they had walk-in availabilities and they did not. Did they take us but they made us feel like royalty with the Volcano pedicure package. The atmosphere was absolutely peaceful and clean. The facilities were also up kept total time was about an hour Best place I have been in all of this valley for a pedicure not only did they take care of my mom feet lol but they were delicate with my broken toe without any complaints. when i walked into bliss nails for my appointment they greeted me very shortly which i didnt think much of but when i got seated they gave me the short countertop to sit at which i thought was a little silly. so later into my appointment i show the lady how i would like my nails and she says "honey i dont know how to do the flower" and i thought it was a little unprofessional so i tell her its fine and i get plastic flowers instea but when she puts them ob i notice shes struggling when it doesnt look too complicated and i NEVER assume somebodys job is "easy" because thats not my place, but the flower still looked great so then i finish my nails and go to checkout and i see the price says NINETY DOLLARS, even though i got short french tips with a small flower. i do not think ill be coming back because of pricing. read more

I came in for a pedicure and I was not rushed around in this salon and it was nice to have the workers care about the experience being relaxing. The nice young woman doing my nails was checking in with me very consistently regarding my comfort with the water level, nail clipping, scrubbing, etc. once I was finished up they didn't even have me leave my seat to charge me and they bagged up my shoes for me as well so I did not have to get my hands dirty carrying them out. The people are very nice. The guy doing my nails cared a good deal and was fairly meticulous. BUT. After doing my nails I noticed the thumbs were bubbly. I only pointed out the thumbs as I felt everything else looked fine. Rather than just redoing the thumbs he put in the labor and redid both hands. I was surprised but happy he wanted to do a great job and also felt bad that he was doing more work than I thought was necessary. Nails done I walked out with beautiful nails. Love the color and he did a fairly good job. I'm a meticulous person and there's a lot of areas on both hands that should have paint but don't. Which is really annoying. The Biggest issue I have right now is my nails were done and dry at 7pm. It's now 11:30 pm and the polish has bubbled and I'm sure will come off in the next 24 hours on its own. I'm really upset I just spent $35 on a manicure that hasn't even lasted 5 hours before looking awful. I don't blame the worker, he worked hard. I blame the products they are using. The color was "096 olive garden" and he used two different primers, one each try and both resulted in the bubbled polish. I don't like giving low stars but the quality of the end product is bad. I will say the worker was a little rough with the nail Dremel cutting my cuticles a couple times. I'm going to have to spend a few months with reparative polish and oils on my nails after this gel comes off to fix the damage from the Dremel. They get three stars because their regular polish pedicures are bomb! read more

I visited this nail salon last week. The salon itself is very nice. Looks nice and is clean. I paid $65. for a gel pedicure. My toes look nice at a fast glance. But don't look closely. The nails aren't shaped evenly. The cuticles weren't dealt with, so they look awful. All of the smaller toes have very sharp corners. My feet aren't smooth. At all. It's all just a wreck. A very expensive wreck. I'm not even going to get into the person doing my nails. But, I don't think he's ready for prime time. Save your money. Don't go. read more

The person that did my manicure is John. He did a great job, brought his clean sanitized instruments and there's nothing like having a manicure whiteout fear of getting infected. Went to their other location(60th) on their first day opening back up. When I got there they were a little disorganized and had lost my appt but still were able to squeeze me and my other 2 friends in. I ended up getting my acrylics done with Dan who is from this location(50th). All I can say is amazing!!!! He pays so much attention to detail(shape,length) and makes sure you are happy with your nails every step of the way. He was very helpful with color choices and when I did not like the first 2 he brought out, he ended up doing something I've been wanting for a while. I love them!!! And will forever book with Dan! Great nail salon! I have been loyally going here since I found them. I strayed once when they couldn't take me during a very busy Saturday morning (I had a very important date with the husband) but other than that, I've been a frequent patron. They are very busy. If you don't make an appointment, good luck. Especially on the weekends, they are full 10 minutes after they open so plan ahead. The nail technicians are very nice. I don't have a favorite yet so I just take whoever's free. I guess that shows that they're pretty consistent when it comes to their standard of work. The salon is very clean and their tools do not look old or dingy. Their foot spas look very clean as well, though I'm not sure if they disinfect them at the end of the day (I hope so)! I mean, there's no reason for me to question it but it's just something that I'm more aware of thanks to the germaphobe hubby :). Color selection is ok. The place is nicely decorated. It had been a while since getting my nails because my job doesn't allow them. But when I went on maternity leave I decided to try this place out. I used to go to Chic Nail salon and after they moved I decided to find some place closer. Dan is AMAZING!!!! I cannot stress how well he does acrylics and this time he did it in less than an hour!! The pictures below are of the amazing work he did in about 35 minutes. I had made an appointment by accident at their other salon on 60th but they took me in. Extremely grateful since they are busy and it's so close to Christmas.He makes sure your happy with the shape and length before proceeding. Nina is also very good. She is highly requested so she is booked sometimes a week or two out. Their prices are reasonable and I have not had an issue. The staff are all nice as well they make you feel welcome. Went in for a regular mani/pedi and left completely disappointed. Both mani and pedi came out terrible and the nail tech was rude and inconsiderate. He started with the pedi, which he was very aggressive when moving my legs. I could tell he was trying to work as quickly as possible (even though there was no one waiting) and was negligent of the quality. He even made my toe bleed and tried to hide it by putting his hand over it. After he finished, he stepped out for 10 mins TO SMOKE before starting on my manicure! He smelled like cigarettes the rest of the session. Manicure was also very sloppy and rushed. He got upset because I didn't tell him that 3 of my nails had gel, then he charged me extra to get it removed which was the first time any salon has charged me extra for removing half-chipped gel. He had the audacity to keep telling me to relax my arm but how could I relax when he was being so rude! Nonetheless, my experience was unbelievably bad. I spent $40 on the worst mani/pedi that I could've done way better at home. Both set of nails have air bubbles so he clearly was rushing and not honoring the process. Only giving 2 stars because the receptionist was very friendly and the salon is quite nice. read more

2 stars because the few positive things I have to say which are : 1. Place is clean. 2. SO MANY cool color options. Negative: The ladies that work their are straight up rude and blah. Then men that are there are actually nice though. At least the 2 that took care of my daughter. Place is SO OVER PRICED for what you get. I paid $50 just for my nails that I don't even like. $35 for the pedicure was reasonable because it comes with so much and my feet feel great. My daughters nails just to be painted was $10. Which is whatever but my other place is only $5. I asked for dip powder and they have no colors really for it so it just wasn't a good experience. I had to tell the lady how to take my dip powder off like they had no clue. Took forever and I was so over it. My nails really hurt and have a constant burn feeling now :( Pictures attached! My lady came here for an appointment early in the morning the other day. She had gotten a gel manicure and pedicure they literally drilled her entire nails off and left them so thin her nails started cracking. They are completely damaged. They had the audacity to try to make her pay full price. The nail tech guy was completely unprofessional I was going to come down there and make a huge issue but my lady was so upset she paid for the pedicure and they said oh we will discount the price after messing up her entire nails on her hands. I went to their first location and my technician must have had a bad day. She kept nudging me to reposition my finger... NEVER had that before. I felt like she prejudged me and really sanded my nails down where they were on fire hurting in pain. 3 of my fingers were bleeding from the sanding tool. I didn't say anything but she saw me observing. Despite the issues I was pleased just wished the circumstances were different. The tech didn't want to talk to me and did not assist me to the lit area for my nails to dry. Didn't turn on the switch, didn't thank me, and didnt thank me for leaving a generous tip in on a $27 service. Kinda small space but clean and friendly. Tina took great care of my 3 year old. I'll continue to refer and continue going to the 2nd location off 60th were they are way more careful. read more
