He has never had any facial treatments at all so he was very nervous. Tina helped apply the numbing cream beforehand so it was not too painful for him. Mireille helped him relax by explaining everything and we all discussed food spots in the area. Her friendly demeanor definitely helped create a calming environment. Although she recommended 3-6 sessions, I do think I see a minor improvement after this first one. Mireille gave us advice on follow up care and we purchased a face mask ($12) before we left. There is a $50 appointment deposit but it is refundable if you cancel early enough or you can use it to pay for your service, buy products, or leave a tip. No apology, no sense of urgency nothing. This has not been a one time issue either, it seems to be a pattern, they're never on time. The front staff comes across as dismissive and unhelpful rather than professional or empathetic. Instead of making the post-surgery experience smoother, they add unnecessary stress. Another major concern was the lack of communication on the day of my surgery. My Husband, and family was not provided with any updates during the procedure, and my husband's calls were not being answered. This caused unnecessary stress and worry during what is already a very serious and vulnerable situation. Additionally, during my pre-op appointment, I was told my surgery would not exceed 7 hours. However, I ended up being in the operating room for over 10 hours with zero updates to my husband at any point. That is a significant difference, and it's very concerning that expectations were set one way and reality was completely different with no clear communication to my family during that time. They caused my husband an extreme amount of stress not having answers especially after he and I were both assured my surgery wouldn't go more than 7 hours. What concerns me even more is my progress and results. At this point in my recovery, I expected to see noticeable improvement in my arms and haven't changed and in some ways they feel even feels worse. Not being able to address these concerns directly with the doctor and instead being redirected to a nurse does not provide the level of care, reassurance, or accountability I expected from a surgical practice. Overall, I feel like my concerns -- both medically and as a paying patient are not being taken seriously. Post-operative care should be attentive, communicative, and patient-focused, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I would strongly encourage this clinic to reevaluate both their front office operations and their follow-up care process.

I had monthly meetings with Bianca and I would pick up the monthly dosage the following day. She's very knowledgeable and started me off at the lowest dosage of 2.5mg and continued to the second month since I was still losing weight. The food noise started at the end of month two so she increased the dosage to 3.0mg. Before I started going here, I had already loss 12lbs and this place helped me lose the next 10lbs but at a healthier rate. I was losing an average of 1.2lbs a week here versus 2.5lbs at the previous place. They also have the body scan that you do when you pick up the dosage. This was helpful to see all aspects of your body rather than just weight loss alone. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Bianca provided.
