TL;DR - $50 Refundable deposit when booking an appointment, overall great experience, some free parking nearby, would come back again I haven't had a facial treatment in over 10 years and the last time I did, the staff were extremely pushy about upgrading my service so I was a little apprehensive about coming here. The staff did an initial skin consultation and were respectful when we declined to upgrade the service. I brought my fiance in to redeem a microneedling treatment Groupon. He has never had any facial treatments at all so he was very nervous. Tina helped apply the numbing cream beforehand so it was not too painful for him. Mireille helped him relax by explaining everything and we all discussed food spots in the area. Her friendly demeanor definitely helped create a calming environment. Although she recommended 3-6 sessions, I do think I see a minor improvement after this first one. Mireille gave us advice on follow up care and we purchased a face mask ($12) before we left. There is a $50 appointment deposit but it is refundable if you cancel early enough or you can use it to pay for your service, buy products, or leave a tip. As other reviews mention, there is free parking near the location but the spots are limited and unlike others I did have to circle around the block before a spot freed up. My only complaint about this place is the automated texting line. It is terrible. read more

There's no structure parking so park on the street, 2 hour parking and not the 1 hour parking. I walked in and didn't have to wait. The place is simple and clean. Procedures where quick and professional. I saw a slight change in the lift. I would recommend probably just go for Ultheraphy if you're going to multiple sessions. Otherwise the change is not noticeable enough for multiple sessions imo. I will see how the light peel goes and maybe change my rating if I see some good results. There was a product they recommended to fade dark spots but it was $170. No samples or testing on the skin. There's pictures for testimonials but I would probably use known brands from kbeauty at more affordable price point with thousands of reviews if the products work or not Checking out their system wasn't working so they had to text me to pay. I had some pesky skintags I've been trying to get rid of for years, and after finding a groupon for JT Aesthetic, I finally got them removed! I was able to do my consultation over text; I sent over photos of my skin tags and where they were located. I also was able to schedule and confirm my appointments via text, although there were some issues with scheduling initially. JT Aesthetic has two locations, one in South Pasadena and one in Eastvale. I went to the South Pas location, and Bianca was the aesthetic nurse that did the procedure. She was so gentle and she walked me through what needed to happen. It was so quick and painless. I went in to remove my skin tags I had on my neck. Well now I'm left with terrible scars all over my neck. I was better off just leaving the the skin tags alone. I went in for a follow up and all they told me was to apply some scar cream on them. I do not recommend. I will add that the staff was very nice. read more

Mireille is the original name in French with mine being the Spanish Version. Mireille is friendly and sweet. My husband and I booked an early birthday facial here at JT Aesthetics for the both of us (his first for his birthday) and had an amazing experience. The office is located at the cross streets of Fremont and Mission Rd. With street parking available with a couple of lots within a one block walk. Today we had our services with the aesthetician Mireille, she did thorough and customized facial for each of us. Mireille asked what my skin concerns were, and I mentioned my dry skin and a few forehead lines, so she catered the facial to extreme hydration and anti-aging with a bubbling oxygen mask, extractions, and then finishing with a collagen mask. She did a very intensive facial, with in depth extractions which I really appreciated! The entire environment was very relaxing. She also mentioned a monthly membership at around $70 monthly for a monthly facial. These facials are ccustomized to your needs, although she said you could choose the facial type as desired and she is able to do them all. I usually dread Pasadena because of the parking situation, but the two times I've been here, parking has been easy. The venue is minimalistic and clean looking, with soft instrumental versions of songs I grew up listening to, which is nice. Everyone is very helpful and nice. I had such a pleasant time here and loved every second of my experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing, calm, and clean, if you're in need of a self-care day, this would be the perfect place. I came in for their signature facial. They immediately brought me back to the room and I was told to put on a towel wrap and to lay on the bed while they waited outside. Once I was done changing, Mireille, the esthetician, started off by asking about any skin concerns that I had. She began by double cleansing my face so gently, I was about to fall asleep. She was also really thorough, making sure that she covered every inch of my face, neck, and shoulders. She put different face masks on me, some serums, vitamin c, moisturizer, etc. I can't remember every single thing she did for me because I was too relaxed. The extractions hurt a little bit but that's understandable. Mireille was able to help me extract some pimples that I couldn't get out on my own so I'm thankful. First time here getting a facial. After hearing about what services and treatments they provide I've been curious about getting some done. Today I did the facial, it was roughly 45minutes and I was so relaxed I may have fell asleep a few times! The hand massage made me feel relaxed and my face feels new. I had concerns of redness and they suggested the sulfur treatment which tingled a bit. I had a few consultations as well and asked about face mole removal. The price depends on how big and deep the moles are in the skin. I may come back again to get those done next time! Overall, I had a wonderful time. My dentist recommended masseter botox for my TMJ, bruxism, and chronic clenching and referred me to a Facial Pain MD who was charging $600 just for the exam! That was ON TOP of the injections! I called every "dental" pain group in my area, and all of them were charging exorbitant exam and unit fees under the guise that you could submit to your insurance as out of network after the fact (you can't, I guarantee you your insurance WILL NOT cover this). Then it hit me, aesthetic groups have been doing this for years. Enter JT Aesthetic. After exhaustive research I found Jen and Tina. Tina answered all of my questions and emphasized that the right injector, not just the right price of the botox, was super important. Luckily, JT comes in at a decent price, and their exam fee is taken out of your unit cost. But the real gem is how talented Jen is as an injector. The lightest touch. Only one injection pinched, but to be fair, my masseter muscles are like rocks in my jaw. She walked me through everything, very good bedside manner, and helped me through my first-timer's nervousness. They were super clear on pricing and the specials they had going. Tina even texted me 48 hours later to make sure I was doing okay! And ALL of that - less pain, looking snatched, good customer service - without a $600 exam fee. read more

I went here couple of weeks ago to get the anti-aging facial. I was really hoping to like this place since I saw that they offered facial memberships and I was in-market for one. For the price, I was expecting more as I have gone to numerous facial spots before. The anti-aging facial came with double cleansing, extractions, a mask and that was it. The mask that they provide is not like the ones you get at the asian facial spots (where it's a thick consistency and they peel it off), it felt more like a thin lotion.
