First impression was off as no one was at the front desk, took them a few minutes to come out and greet. There was some back and forth going on, seem like front desk was unorganized. Going in to the room I was met by 2 nurses one was just an observer. After consulting with nurse if what I wanted, she pretty much just brushed it off. All she did was draw in a paper, then proceeded to pinch my skin every time she injected. I was super thrown off by this method as I've been to many spas and no one has ever pinched my face to inject. She was super rough. Never gave a warning or asked how I was doing. I noticed she put all my forehead tox in ONE are instead of spreading it! Same goes for the other areas. I came out with literal bumps a read face from all the pinching. After everything all nurse said was your done, "your probably gonna bruise, but it'll go away " l walked out of there horrified! After checking out at front desk they said they would follow up in 10 days but of course no one called. I would not recommend this place, the nurses seem super undertrained, maybe even unqualified to inject. Their methods are not with patient in mind, and let's not even talk about the care cause there was none. 2 weeks after, my face is off, the nurse definitely didn't know what she was going , glad this isn't permanent. The threads are supposed to stimulate collagen, not cut open your mouth over and over and over while starving you. Jake is 40 years old, he is not new, there is NO excuse for him to have messed up this badly. I've had them done elsewhere 3 times in the past, once by someone with little experience, and have always had good results, this is actually insane. I had already posted about how he unconsensually injected me with sculptra that the manager got me to take down, but now that the swelling has resided on the rest of my face, I'm left with visible threads tearing at my skin 24/7, and people need to be warned to STAY AWAY! The manager, Ryan, also "feminized" my face without asking me. He said it was what most women want, but I'm not most women and I loved my "more masculine" jawline. (His adjectives.) My experiences reflect that they care more about how they think you should look than your bodily autonomy. I asked for a refund for the 68 unused units of botox I prepaid for, and they refused. I was a loyal client for over a year and spent at least 8k there, yet chronic pain and having my bodily autonomy violated is what I get for that.
