She is really an experienced, knowledgeable massage therapist. Granted, I've had some very relaxing massages from people who have given lazy massages, or who give the "going through the motions" massage, or the typical husband squeeze, squeeze, done foot massage, but I felt THIS massage was with purpose and turned out to be very effective! Once it was all over, I felt like I was made of Jell-O. I felt more flexible. I felt like my chest really opened up. I felt like I was able to sit with good posture without pain. I felt my normally tight leg muscles finally relax. The tension was gone... seriously. I was a little concerned at first because my neck muscles were so relaxed it felt like a chore to hold my head up... I guess it felt strange to have that level of relaxation. I had such a great experience I made an appointment for my husband who has chronic back pain and sees a chiropractor regularly.
