They continue to have me wait and after a full hour since my appt, I still have not been called inside. They claim they keep all requests for a year but don't have my record from 2 months ago? When I do get called it, the tech asks if I have already given a urine sample, when I tell her I haven't, nothing happens. She finishes getting my blood samples and then says I can leave. I had to remind her about the urine sample, which is ridiculous! There should be a checking system to ensure they have everything from their patient before moving on. This office needs a better way to handle, organize and manage the patients info and wait time because this is unacceptable! I would be better off going to the one in Long Beach or Quest next time.

Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases.
