She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.

The consultation was straightforward & quick--Katie thoroughly examined my skin and reviewed the high-resolution photos taken with their machine. Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end.

It is undeniable that every esthetician on this team (including the one I had the negative experience with) is exceptional at giving facials. And, overtime, the positive experiences have accumulated and outweighed the negative one. Recently, I had a skin analysis with Sandra herself. She was detailed, patient, and answered every single one of my (many) questions. Nothing is there to hold the machine or your head in place and there's nothing to watch so you're just staring into space for an hour. They don't have the tools to suck up saliva or anything like that so I ended up drooling all over myself during the procedure and they didn't really do anything to wipe it up. Overall my teeth didn't feel whitened and I wouldn't come back here again.

He was very professional and personable and his receptionist was lovely. I have been plagued with spider veins since puberty and, while I like my dermatologist a lot, she's in Manhattan and going to her just takes a long time. I got sclerotherapy with Dr. Yee and was pleased with the results. He was very careful and thorough. I would definitely recommend Re-nu! They are also open Saturdays, which is very convenient.
