After completing most of my treatments and barely seeing results, I was told that Spafit Syosset was under new management. Sabrina came in and tried to fix up as much as she could. My treatments with Sabrina went very well and she did do her best to fix the place. Leena is also very good. However, the entire Spafit system is terrible. I'm at Spafit syosset as I write this because they are closed today, when my appointment is set for 12:30. This is not the first time and I'm not the first person to say this. The Jericho location tried to call me from the information they had in their system from 2 years ago (and I have changed my number since visiting them). they do not have access to the current information that syosset has, which makes their whole system crap. I'm highly dissatisfied with all of Spafit, and owners need to get better systems, or they will continue losing clients.
