The Parking Lot was spacious and easy to maneuver around. Upon arrival, I was greeted by several friendly Staff, Front End Gals and Medical Assistants; Everyone is beautiful! The waiting room was clean and comfortable; - I was able to Check In - Using an iPad System; - It could not have been easier. I was immediately impressed with PA Aminov; She was compassionate, friendly and pleasant. She listened to all my complaints/concerns and addressed them carefully, expertly and expeditiously. She ensured that pain was kept to a minimum throughout the various dermatological procedures that she executed. She was highly skilled and experienced and I can say with certainty, she did an amazing job. I also want to bring attention and thanks for her taking her time; - You won't feel rushed with PA Aminov; This is quite the contrary to many of the experiences I've had in Dermatology practices in South Florida. This was refreshing. Anyways - I want to thank PA Aminov and her team for taking such great care of me. I waited over 30 minutes for her, which…read morewas fine but for a Dr meeting a patient for the 1st time...she couldn't wait to run out of the room...she was so fast and so dismissive about anything I asked her....not sure how she practices as a derm...the entire appointment was awkward, she was repeating everything I was saying to the girl near her...taking notes...I was thinking to myself why the need to repeat, she's standing right near you...never returning or recommending her.

You can also get there easily if you park in the garage on Forest Ave. The office is super clean and deceptively large! The first time I went to this office I waited 2 1/2 hours to…read morebe seen for 10 minutes by Dr. Sarnoff. The girl behind the desk, Nikki offered no apology just attitude. Once I was finally seen, Dr. Sarnoff rushed through my exam. I guess to be expected as she was at least 2 1/2 hours behind. I have a history that was important for her to know since she was seeing me for the first time, and I didn't feel heard at all. The next time I went in I had asked about some blemishes on my face and was given a brief consultation to have them taken care of. I made an appointment and gave a $500 deposit in cash. After thinking about it for a week or so I called and said I had changed my mind and would like my deposit back. It took over 2 months and many nasty phone calls from Nikki to FINALLY get my money back. It was one excuse and lie after another. From then on I was extremely uncomfortable any time I had to call the office because I was spoken to rudely and hung up on while I was saying goodbye. After this incident I was very turned off but decided not to let the rudeness of the receptionist dissuade me from seeing my doctor. I was having an episode of welts and rashes on my fingers and toes so I called and asked if I could come in to be seen. Nikki claimed there were no appointments for 4 weeks. When I told her that I was having the outbreak now and may not be in 4 weeks, she suddenly found an appointment in 2 weeks. I still was not convinced I'd have anything to show the doctor in 2 weeks so I asked her what she does when patients have issues like this that need to be seen immediately? She told me she tells them to go to the emergency room and that's what I should do. I told her it's not an emergency per se, just that it needs to be looked at before it's gone! At this point I felt Nikki was not going to make it easy to give me an appointment ever. Every time I called the office she was rude and dismissive of me. At this point I really should have been done here but I decided to give it one last chance because I needed a skin check. I have a strong family history of skin cancer and I've had several spots removed from my body that were "moderate" and needed to be watched. Nikki could not get me in for almost 3 months. I took the appointment and decided to wait. A week or so before the appointment Nikki called to confirm and told me that soon Dr. Sarnoff would not be doing skin checks anymore- that she'd only be doing them for certain patients and because I've been waiting so long, she would do mine but after that it might not be her. My appointment is tomorrow. Today I received a call from a different receptionist (I guess Nikki felt too embarrassed to make this call after speaking to me just last week) that Dr. Sarnoff is no longer doing skin checks so a different doctor would be doing mine tomorrow. I explained that I was aware she was going to be stopping skin checks because Nikki had told me that last week, but she had also said that Dr. Sarnoff would be doing mine because I had waited so long for my appointment. The receptionist told me sorry but no she can't do mine. She has too many cancer patients and Mohs surgeries to do. It is abundantly clear that this practice (Nikki?) plays favorites. If she doesn't like you, watch out because your health might be put at risk. Dr. Sarnoff may be a good doctor, I really don't know because my interaction with her has been so little, but any doctor who would employ staff who are rude, condescending, lie and pick favorites is not a doctor that I'd want taking care of me. Dr. Sarnoff lost me as a patient today. Anyone reading this would say what took so long?

Had a very bad experience with Dr Sarnoff, her staff and the way she runs the office…read more I waited over 45 minutes in an exam room for the dr. I had told the front desk that I needed to be out at a certain time. My appointment was for 12:15, no one came into my room to see me till 1:15-1:20. Also, when I made this appointment, they gave me 11 am, when I called to confirm they said I wasn't in the appointment book. They gave me a noon appointment instead and when they confirmed it was for 12:15! I was told after my visit where I spent a good amount of money for my fillers and Botox that after few weeks I could come in to get things tweaked. I wasn't happy with the results and when the drs assistant finally came in, I told her my concerns and said what I did wouldn't correct these issues. I would have to do laser and more fillers!! I also never saw the doctor! I do feel like they are not honest with what the results will be and just want you to spend more money . I'm upset with myself that I didn't read the reviews before I decided to see Dr. Sarnoff. If I did, I would have DEFINITELY not have come to her. She also charged almost double what other practitioners charge for her fillers and Botox. Very disappointing!!
