Since it was a very small class, the instructor spent more time watching and fixing our forms. I usually take classes that are at least double the size, so it's easy to get lost in the group. I liked this class a lot more than I thought it would, so I will probably come back in the near future.

I did a week guest pass from the website and I went 5x in that week. I saw a huge difference in my lower body; especially my butt! The instructors do a great job of giving you tips throughout the class to help you with your form. I love the music it's upbeat which is just the kind of music you need when your doing difficult moves and you sense your muscles getting fatigue. I'm going to try and come in the summer a few times. This is just what I need for the perfect summer body.
