The waiting room wait is usually not long though I tend to schedule either very early or very late when it's not busy. The MRI machines here are clean. I haven't had any issues. They prep you well and ensure you get earplugs and the an additional ear muffs over your ears. They give you a blanket to keep you warm and if you need additional they will give them to you. I've had many brain MRIs, an elbow MRI (external MRI where you only place elbow in and you sit in a chair), CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds and more. My experience is always a good one. The staff are friendly and caring. The temperature is fine in here. NOTE: effective January 1, 2026 this location and all RAI locations have changed over to Princeton Radiology. They will merge all patient files together. I am ok with this as I always like Princeton Radiology on Quakerbridge road.

The Yelp and Google reviews had me worried about snarky staff and long waits. I arrived early. They are bottom floor in the Rothman Institute building. Suite 101. I checked in with no hassle. I was there about 20 minutes early and I think I was taken back five minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The staff member (unfortunately don't recall her name!) was great and had me in and out of the xray room in about 15/20 minutes. Then I had to wait for a cd copy in the lobby but it only took 10 ish minutes or so.

It is one person who directs the ones who cause the pain and injuries. The location is now staffed with immigrants who do not fear any accountability because they just claim prejudice. Sometimes there is a little pinch or pain but when the person goes into the vein and runs the needle deep along the vein smiling and saying "am I hurting you". They are incompetent or directed by someone who figures that the immigrants have an excuse and will claim prejudice and get away with it. It has been at least a year the this is happening.
