It was on the heavier side, but the noodles that they paired with it, was absolutely amazing. The Branzino was nicely grilled, but wasn't dry on the inside. Then we exchanged bites of our individual entrees, including Vegetable Korma, Vegetable Biryani, and Bollywood Special Biryani, which has lamb, beef, chicken, and shrimp (with tails on). You can order mild, medium, or spicy for most dishes. Although they say the mild still has a subtle kick to it. You can order extra mild if you are super sensitive to even mildly spicy foods. Bollywood Grill offers a lunch buffet 7 days a week, with a slight upcharge on weekends for extra offerings. Had I not tried to look up the place on maps and gotten confused with not being able to find the name, would never have known anything had changed. Still has a nice hibachi and pho. All your staple Chinese buffet fare is there. Sometimes you just need to quench that hunger and they hit the spot. Oh, one thing did kind of change - the sushi selection was more mediocre than how I remembered. I remember at least eating a plate of sushi before, but while I did grab a few pieces, I couldn't see anything better than California rolls and very heavy rice at that. Wouldn't come for sushi. But Chinese, good.

Given that, I'm surprised to find a restaurant that's relatively new AND their primary purpose is serving a buffet. I stopped in early one Monday evening for dinner. The buffet has all of the standard items you'd expect to find on it including broccoli and beef, general tso's chicken, lo mein, egg rolls, and fried rice. Unfortunately, nothing I tried was particularly great. I've had better versions of all of it elsewhere, especially the egg rolls that tasted like they were out of a grocery store freezer section. The spring rolls were slightly better because of the crunchy wrapper, but still had mushy filling inside. The exterior looks like it used to be an Applebee's. The inside looks nice and was at least partially remodeled. The red glow of the heat lamps makes it hard to gauge what the food looks like until it's on your plate and then it's too late to pass on it. One of the people working there came over to me to talk about and apologized for another customer that smelled like pot because they kept going outside to smoke while dining. Ask the person to leave or call the cops; definitely don't gossip about them to other customers.

I had so many different kinds of shrimp. I also had beef and broccoli. I had several different choices of beef as well my favorite by far was the baby sea scallops. They were served with an array of zucchini and carrots, and all grilled to perfection. They were still crisp and crunchy and the different flavors that they had on each different shrimp entrée was outstanding! I also am a huge fan of the clean plate club!! They also have a sign in the restaurant basically saying Pick anything you want, but please eat everything that you pick so that they do not have to throw out because your eyes were bigger than your stomach. Which I am totally in favor with. I'm really hoping that this establishment will stay in business a lot longer than previous. I do not blame the restaurant staff! This was a clear problem of Customers who thought this was their Home and could take 3hrs to leave. You people not only had other waiting over an hr to be seated but a restaurant staff that was working on A Holiday!!!
