The chicken is all grain fed, free range, non-antibiotic. They have great flavors for their meats and all their recipes are home made. I could tell when looking at the meat that the colors were natural and not neon coloured powderings which is great. The cuts of beef and lamb are also amazing. New York and Rib Eyes I've had from them on many occasions and they don't disappoint. One of the great things about this place is the people working there. They are very passionate and enthusiastic about helping their customers. I have been in there in the past and requested different meat or a different cut and they don't hesitate to do it on the spot. Also, if they don't particularly have a cut I want that day, they can usually have it for me the next day. I also enjoy that they are not afraid to try new flavourings with their meats. I found the prices of items to be very good, considering the quality of meat one is getting. All in all, great people, great prices, and great meat. I will keep going back.

I knew where this place was, but would not think a second to come here, well that changed in a heart beat after stepping into the joint, the meats are all put out, nice, frozen, well cut, well displayed, and if you want that right thick cut of pork belly (sorry... this isn't for a Chinese cooking thing) and you know you need that Korean cut (you know what I'm talking about) this is the place you come. The sign on the outside made me feel I was back in the pandemic period, but it is understandable as the place (for customer's) is small, so if you are going in, you must make sure that the people in the store are already paying, or you must stand outside. The plaza usually has parking as they have a few spots marked for this store.
