Bad Karma coming back to Aladdin........Head's up - Do not work for this company if you are searching for a job. Be warned - they do not care about their employees. There are many negatives to this company, but in the name of karma, let me point out just this: After working a mandatory overnight 11pm - 7 am shift, the employees were required to attend meetings and job trainings the same morning - with training being from 9 am - 3 pm. I was in awe at how this could be expected of employees - the powers that be at Aladdin literally do not care if you live or die. No Sleep on an overnight shift, ( over night shifts mandatory with napping strictly forbidden) then mandatory job training for another five or six hours that same morning. This company is lucky none of their employess fell asleep at the wheel after such job training where they easily could have killed themselves or killed others on the road - or caused great injuries Bail agents with harshly red eyes and two cans of Monster or redbull in front of them drinking coffee, and attempting to absorb information from such mandatory training repulsed me. I marvelled at this ridiculous expectation from employees of Aladdin. Apparently no supervisor had the fortitude or common sense to make a change here. Needless to say, in other areas, This is a company that does not treat you well either. Up until last year Aladdin did not pay you for their required overtime ( mandatory 12 hr shifts are part of this gig) - but due to a recent law suit had to change their ways....and cut pay severly in the process. Sales individuals are required to methodically fib to potential clients ( Sales reps on each call are ordered to inform a prospective client that an insurace inquiry must take place to check for lowest down payments available....well.... there is no check. EVER...The individual is simply placed on hold, then the sales rep pretends to have made an inquiry. The purpose of this being so Aladdin can collect as much money up front from individuals as possible ) I can go on - but you get the idea. My humble advice if you are on the job hunt - do not work for Aladdin. it is a regemented, non compassionate, unhealthy, very stressful, marginally paying job - and they do not care, literally, if you live or die. read more

Do not apply for a job here. This is a company that will force you to go to job training at 9 am after you have worked an overnight shift from 11 pm to 7 am. The powers that be were infinitely lucky that one of their bail agents didn't fall asleep on the road and die after such ridiculous work requirements...or kill or injury anyone else for that matter.........and don't count on management - particularly regional managers to have the courage do the right thing. When you don't care if your employees, who must be super caffeinated and display majorly bloodshot eyes from working all night- LIVE OR DIE .....it obviously displays exceptionally poor judgement..... You will be better off on un-employment than working for this robotic, ridiculously uncaring, greedy corporation Capitalism at it proudest.... read more

If I could provide more than five stars I would. Let me just keep this short and simple. Steve is the first person that helped me get my brother and bf out of jail. He is so understanding and keeps you at ease and I remember he drove down to my city and got my bf out just like that. I want to say to you Steve thank you very very much for your help and support as always.
