Understanding what needs to be done behind the counter to optimize. Multi tasking. There needs to be a comprehensive manager of proper age or tenure that can guide these kids. It seems every coffee shop struggles with this, which means if they can figure out how to speed up service and optimize wait times and efficiency they will rise above the competition. The girls there were all nice, it's not a personality issue, it's a lack of guidance. The faster you can work out the kinks the faster that line grows out the door.

Restoration cafe is a cozy cafe that has table/couch seating, string lights, and a great selection of drink/food. I ordered one of their spring specialty banana iced chai's (as recommended by the helpful barista) and it was sooooo good. A couple different coffees were also ordered from my party and I heard nothing but positive feedback on taste. This cafe also doubles as a church so I really enjoyed checking out their book selection as they had a lot of Christian books. We pulled a Bible out of the shelf and just enjoyed reading it with coffee on the couch. Truly such a cozy spot and if I lived close I would be a regular! Whenever I visit Clearwater, I'll be sure to support/visit Restoration cafe!
