I'll bullet point it to make it easier to read: -I had my engine replaced -It didn't last a year -They blamed me for putting "Stop Leak" in the radiator. No idea what that is. -The radiator was perforated. Which could have only happened when they installed it. -They claimed I voided the warranty -My son of under 1 years old was in the truck during the summer when I had to pull over in the heat of the day. That's extremely dangerous. -I called multiple times and was promised a call back. Never received one. -They claimed they were changing shops and missed my calls. I talked with a person. -When I had my uncle out to help, we discussed and Junior tried to shut the hood on my uncle's hand. -I eventually had to give up on my truck because they would not return my calls. -This is the worst spot I could ever recommend going to. Junior is either a bad manager/owner or his team isn't good. I lost my truck because after multiple months of calling, they would not return my call. This is the worst I've been treated by any business. What was ironic was Junior stated he is not a crooked mechanic. He actually is and this is a crooked business. You can drive 15 minutes anywhere and not be affected like I was. Absolutely the worst I've ever come across. If I need to provide the phone log, it would be easy. Dude came recommended. Junior apparently isn't like his dad and very willing to screw you over. Again, I lost a vehicle over this. It was potentially worth 13k and I spent 3,500$$$ to have an engine put in that didn't work. They lied and won't return phone calls. I'm not the only comment on here that states that.

One of them approached me and said, "yeah?" (Welcoming, I know), to which I responded that I needed to get my vehicle looked at. He chuckled patronizingly and said "yeah well we close in an hour so you'll have to bring it back tomorrow." Even after letting him know that I had limped the vehicle to his shop, and that it had died multiple times along the way - he turned to me, said "don't forget to close that hood" and then walked away. When a business owner exercises a lack of prudence in keeping their business hours adequately updated, the community which they serve suffers the most. Despite Nesloney coming well recommended from a neighbor, they have since agreed that they will not be coming back here. I'd admonish every person reading this review to save yourself time, money, and a headache and just taking your vehicle somewhere that treats you with dignity and appreciates your business, and I can assure you that Nesloney Auto Repair is not it.

I was advised by Eric it was my starter and was quoted $800. to replace it. ($425 for the part and $375 for labor) I was also advised he would have to keep the car and it wouldn't be ready until noon the following day. Having replaced a starter before myself, I left and advised the shop that I was going to get a second opinion. I pulled in to an auto repair shop down West Ave and asked them what they would charge to replace my starter and was quoted $385. ($295 for the part, $95 for labor) I left my car with them at 3pm and it was ready by 4:30pm. I told my family and friends about the gouging attempt by Nesloney Auto and it is no longer a business they or I would recommend. Buyer beware!!

I'm really not one to write negative reviews unless a place is truly deserving…read more I went in for an AC check (advertised as free under a current promotion) and AC repair (10% off promotion as well but they did not include it in my quote). They quoted me DOUBLE (talking about several thousands) what any other mechanic/specialist that I spoke to afterwards was quoting, and I heard from 3 different experts and got it professionally inspected by one other shop. It was thousands more than any other shop was quoting for the EXACT same thing. On top of that, they tried to get me to go back in to pay for the AC check (that was free as part of their promotion) and an oil change that they did not do (they even mentioned it would be done at time of repair in their technician notes)...but they were still trying to charge me for both. Wild. Unfortunately, they saw a woman, by herself, who doesn't know all there is to know about car servicing and tried to take advantage. It's a huge shame because I came to this place specifically because they market themselves as having fair and honest prices (and they were running a promotion...that they ultimately did not honor). Shameful place. Dishonest and exploitative. Please avoid.

Came in to have our ac tested and charged. The mechanic tried to talk me into believing I needed a…read morenew AC compressor and condenser and told us that if we didn't, it wouldn't blow cold and would maybe last a day if they only charged the freon. We told them we couldn't do the compressor and condenser and he tried to back peddle, saying he was just saying the recharge could only last a day, but could actually last 6 months or a year. We said no thanks, went to O'Reilly's where we bought a charge kit and were shown how to use it, and have had zero issues with the now COLD AC. One thing we did find though, was that the day before we came there our oil was recently checked and was full with no leaks. After we left the shop we found that the oil was completely drained, still with no leaks. Apparently when they evacuated the freon, the oil mysteriously left with it.

Explained another garage had done $2400.00 in subpar work. They kept vehicle a couple days, called said that unit needed $3800 + in repairs, didnt seem right but I declined and picked up unit.
