A rep came out said he fixed the opener and suggested I get new silicone rollers (I had old metal ones). Since I had recently had my home weather sealed and painted, so I agreed to the work. The work was done, opener issue was still not resolved, so I called back. As I was showing the new rep the issue I noticed holes in my drywall. From where the long bar had been removed and replaced. I pointed this out to the new rep, but he stated he was an independent contractor. *Note: He actually reworked and fixed my opener issue. I'm actually in shock that I wasn't informed about the holes during the work, but I'm sure that was to alleviate liability. Now my outer siding has damage as well. Probably won't be using this company again and highly suggesting you all be fully forewarned
