And yes, his practice is full but, IMHO, he is worth the wait if your needs are not urgent.

He then formulates a plan and explains it fully. The staff follows up with a call after any test results come back and he follows up with another appointment if needed. Nothing gets dropped. The next time you see him, he's fully up on your case. I find him to be terrific personality-wise, but he is all business until the medical issues are fully addressed. I'm never nervous about my health because of my full confidence in Dr. Zeiger.

I doubt Dr. M. hires her staff, and it is really pathetic having to deal with them. A med. asst. who doesn't know the difference between "weight" and "wait," a med. asst. who throws her screen at me for me to find what I am looking for when I say something is on My Chart that she says isn't. Going to My Chart after an ER visit to get a follow-up appt. and it states a 4-month wait for an ER follow-up. Again, none of this is Dr. M's fault, but it is what you will deal with because of the system she is in. After 5 years of this, I can't take it any more and am looking for a GP who is not in John Muir's system because JM's system is just plain broken.

Overall found Dr Sarma and her set up to provide Medical Report, I-693 very professional and note worthy.
