We had a great time throwing for an hour and playing all the fun games with Jason as our referee/scorekeeper. After we finished our hour, we played pool. There were also some arcade games and I think cornhole outside. We definitely can't wait to come back with some friends and even our friends who have kids since there is plenty to do. We made a reservation, but Jason said we don't always need a reservation, even on weekends when they're busier. I loved how specific Jason was with his safety briefing and how he was very patient, showing us each (20 in our party) of us how to hold, stand, and throw the axe. They have a bar and non-alcoholiic drinks available. Today, they did not have a food truck, so we were able to bring in cake and some snacks. Usually, there is a food truck to get snacks from. They also had some snacks at the bar. What impressed me the most was that this couple is honoring God in their business by having a prayer wall! We are able to write prayers on tags to hang and have people pray. The back patio had a fire pit and lounge chairs. I believe they said that you can play washers and corn hole and well. It was chilly the night we went, and they had heaters on the patio. Side note...bathrooms were clean and neat.

This year I decided to finally book an event for a birthday party. I booked the karaoke room for 20 people on a Sunday. My guests and I had a great time doing the karaoke and looking around the venue as they have so much to offer. When booking I would suggest asking if they are having any other events around the same time so you can know what the space will be like when you are there. I booked on a Sunday from 6-8 and it was empty except for my party and it was great. The event coordinator I spoke to on the phone was very helpful with questions that we had. David who was working the bar and helping me check in was awesome and so helpful. I will say from the outside this venue does look a little shady, many of my guest had trouble finding the right entrance but they all gave compliments when indoors, as this place has so much cool stuff once inside. I do wish I was told that the restaurant and food they offered was not going to be open during my party, as they were not open when my party was there. If you are looking for a place to karaoke with a large group Uncharted adventures does have great pricing compared to most karaoke rooms offered in San Antonio at about 1/3 of the price.

We were about 25 minutes early which seemed to throw the young man assisting us completely off his stride. We went to the bar area to order cocktails and wait. We actually weren't able to start until a bit after 2:30. A couple of groups came in after us and I assume the young man wanted to go over instructions all at once. He used a sprayer to water down all of the boards before we could start and began our paid time before he relayed instructions. The floor underneath the board was wet and full of wood pieces. I did not enjoy having to wipe my axe handle each time I missed and it landed on the wet floor. During our throwing time we were interrupted at least 3 more times so that the board could be resprayed with water. While I understand that wetting the board tends to make the axes "stick" better I feel like there has to be a less intrusive solution. All in all it was a fun little treat for Father's Day
