I took my son, 12yrs, he did say he had a good time and would go back. I payed extra for large tv, large printer, and video. Pros- my son enjoyed it and would go back. Also had a lot of small items. Cons- I was substituted large item with smaller items because they didn't have them available. It happens, wasn't too bothered, but website said they had 7 large printers available. Biggest grief, the video. My sons 4'8'ish and part of him isn't viewable in the video, let alone able to capture me. The employee even moved the camera prior. Lastly, expect to sweat. Took my daughters a couple years ago, great experience but my daughter (12yrs) told me she was seeing spots (heat). Brought yeti backpack this time with ice packs and ice cold water. Our reservation was first of the day. Room looked liked it hadn't been cleared in days of all the glass items (purposefully, dunno). Bring your own gloves, they had torn gardening gloves. Uncharted adventures definitely has its pros and cons. I used to come here just for the restaurant but never did the experiences they offered. This year I decided to finally book an event for a birthday party. I booked the karaoke room for 20 people on a Sunday. My guests and I had a great time doing the karaoke and looking around the venue as they have so much to offer. When booking I would suggest asking if they are having any other events around the same time so you can know what the space will be like when you are there. I booked on a Sunday from 6-8 and it was empty except for my party and it was great. The event coordinator I spoke to on the phone was very helpful with questions that we had. David who was working the bar and helping me check in was awesome and so helpful. I will say from the outside this venue does look a little shady, many of my guest had trouble finding the right entrance but they all gave compliments when indoors, as this place has so much cool stuff once inside. I do wish I was told that the restaurant and food they offered was not going to be open during my party, as they were not open when my party was there. If you are looking for a place to karaoke with a large group Uncharted adventures does have great pricing compared to most karaoke rooms offered in San Antonio at about 1/3 of the price. read more

First timers here and I have to say it was a pretty good time. I tried out the rage room and their art splatter room. The rage room was fun but feel like there could have been more things to break than just bottles. Other places typically provide a mixture of items and this place did not but either way it was still fun getting to throw and break bottles. The art splatter room was my favorite. You can connect to their Bluetooth and listen to trouble own music while you throw paint at the wall or canvas or other people. The paint washes off with water and soap and they give you ponchos to cover up. It was a fun time. They also have a bar but when I got there it was closed so unfortunately I didn't get to try it out. read more

Love this place! Has a TMNT original movie, juvenile hideout type of vibe. Packed with all memories from the late 80s into the 90s. We had a blast from breaking shit, going to war upstairs in a gel shooter match, and ending downstairs with drinks and food. Highly recommend it was beyond worth the trip in! read more

If I could give zero stars for how this night was handled, I would. We planned a bachelorette party here two months ahead of time -- 10 guests, $600 total, for 2 hours in a private karaoke room, followed by the rage room and dinner. It sounded like such a fun and unique experience, but it turned into a total disaster. When we checked in, the staff immediately tried to charge us twice, even though we had proof of our deposit. After some back and forth, they finally honored the original price. That should've been our first red flag. We got to our karaoke room and sang exactly two songs before we realized the entire night was doomed. A live metal concert was happening in the same venue, so the sound was so loud we couldn't hear our own karaoke machine -- or even the person standing next to us. The poor waitress couldn't hear our food order. We had to yell just to communicate. We asked for a manager, waited more than an hour, and were eventually told that he left the building and no one else had the power to give a refund. In the end, they offered us a 30-minute refund on a two-hour booking -- even though we didn't get to use the rage room and didn't enjoy karaoke at all. A HALF REFUND would be appropriate as we NEVER did karaoke or the rage room. Damien the manager refuses to refund us. No one warned us about the concert or that the space was double-booked. We could've easily changed locations had we been told. Instead, the bride-to-be's celebration turned into a frustrating, expensive mess. The only bright spots were Dee, our server, who was incredibly kind, and Ronnie, the bar manager, who truly tried to help. Both of them were professional, apologetic, and agreed that the situation wasn't handled properly. They did what they could, but the real issue was management disappearing when things went wrong. This place needs serious improvement in communication, scheduling, and customer service. We won't be returning and would advise anyone planning a special event to AVOID this place altogether. Damien should be held accountable for how poorly he manages this place and ashamed of himself from running away from a group asking for a refund. read more

We did not have a good experience here. Our phone call reservation was good customer service, but when we arrived there was only one person working on a Saturday night that could help us with our reservation. We sought out this place because they advertised a private karaoke room; however the room had only a screen door and folks were able to walk in as they pleased and we had to ask them to leave. It was difficult to hear our own music as there were rage rooms below us and a rap battle happening in the cage room on the first floor. The Karafun selections were vast and the controls were easy to manipulate but I would not recommend the private karaoke room. Having a solid barrier or closed off area would be better for such an advertised room. read more

It was my first Father's Day since my Dad passed. I was going to paint with my friend but we decided to go to the rage room. I've been enduring a lot and I wondered if I would be able to reach a rage state. Finding it was a bit of a challenge but I made it! I dawned a rental shirt (long sleeves are needed) and a helmet. Then we entered our room, listened to instructions, waited for our person to leave and it happened! I broke bottles first. That first sound of breaking glass was music! Then I saw a clock in my crate! I threw it and it didn't break to my satisfaction so I took the sledgehammer to it! Yelled, screamed, and let it out! Once everything in our crates were broken I felt amazing and so alive! It was my first time but won't be my last! The best part was that nobody was hurt and there weren't any consequences just releasing what was trapped in my body. If you need that relief, choose unchartered adventures and let it out! read more

We had so much fun! This is just what live oak needs, it's such a fun place to explore and see what they have it's a huge variety of things to do! we did the smash room and axe throwing package! We met the owner he was very nice, it was a little shady looking outside as we had a hard time trying to find the location with no signage. But it does seem like a new place being built can't wait to see what it will look like a year from now! Amazing experience!!! Got some rage? Wanna break stuff? Need to take out some aggression? Uncharted Adventures is where it's at! Came with my 11yr old to kick off his first day of school/last day of summer and burn off some widowhood grief. Loved coming to break stuff that isn't mine, make a giant mess, and not HAVE to do the mom thing to clean it up. They literally take care of everything for you. We did a rage room and splatter paint experience. Both super fun and messy. Loved the whole thing and we got to keep our canvases from the splatter paint room. We went for a Bachelorette party. We were supposed to do karaoke and rage room. At first it was really fun, the food was great, drink were good. About an hour in they had a heavy metal band start to play. The karaoke room is not sound proof AT. ALL! We had this booked a full month before that band was booked and no one called to tell our bride that there might be a sound conflict. Once that band started playing we could not even hear the person standing next to us, much less the music to sing to. We were so frustrated that we did not do the rage room at all. Mangement stated they would only refund 30 mins. The rage room alone was suppose to be an hour!! We only got to enjoy the karaoke for an hour! It is Unacceptable that we were not informed of the band and that the proposed refund is only for 30 mins. That is a very expensive package (almost 800) and we should ONLY be charged for the hour we were actually able to experience what we were there for!! read more

AMAZING TIME WE HAD!!!!! ... You walk in and you are skeptical and doubt the decision you made. Well, don't let that fool you. First and foremost, the customer service we received from Kolby was generous, attentive, humble and professional. He explained in detailed what each activity involved and never pressured us in anything. The activities we experienced were the following: Smash room: my son broke so many bottles and hit many items that he felt "relieved" after the .30 mins. You will sweat with the safety gear you put on but well worth it. Paint room: My son screamed with joy as he threw the paint all over the room.. "best day ever mom!". Knowing he could make mess without any repercussion. We just had fun not caring for anything. You will get dirty but paint is washable. Gel blaster: OUCH!!!! hurt like a Bbbbbbbb. Well thats if you are hit on the face lol- yet the pain in tolerable if hit on the body. It was so much fun having the adrenaline rush through your body. my husband and I went there Saturday night. We walked in, and it looked like an old video store which was very cool, but we didn't know where to go. I had to call to find out where to open the door. we first did the rage room. it was fun, but we ran out of stuff to break fairly quick and i even bought extra things. we were roasting after that so we got a cocktail at the bar. They had a good selection of drinks. Next was jelly ball. we both enjoyed that, but there wasn't a lot of room to run around in. If there were more then 3 people it would be difficult to play. Finally we did splatter paint. that was fun and silly, but only lasted a few minute before we both ran out of paint. Overall we both laughed a lot and had a lot of fun. I do recommend. we did 3 things, it may be better to focus on 2 things and spend the extra money on making that experience better by purchasing more paint or things to destroy. read more

We had a birthday party for my son who was turning 9. He and his friends did the jellyball and smash packages. All the kids got jellyball guns and light-up armbands and played on the 2nd level where they chased and shot at each other. They wore protective glasses and the orbeez don't hurt. Then they each had a crate of glass to break. Definitely the best party he has ever had. The food that came with the party package was fantastic! We will take my daughter here when she turns 8. She wants to do the splatterpaint. Fun place for kids and adults. read more

First off, booking online you have to select an option that allows them to save your card information for future reservations- We will not be back. Walked in the entrance which is the back of a group of buildings with broken down cars and furniture sitting in parking spaces. When you walk in, it looks like you are in an old video rental store. No one is there to greet you. We waited a bit and were about to leave when a lady walked outside and we asked where the entrance was. She proceeded to tell us we were in the right place and how to proceed. Walked into a bar area. There was no place to check in so the bartender finally took our booking reservation name. Got there about 15 minutes early as the information said if you are late you can't go. While waiting we watched a couple try the ax throwing which doesn't have a variety of things to throw like other ax throwing places do. They don't wet the wood so nothing ever hit and stayed in the wood which frustrated the couple throwing. While waiting kids upstairs played the gellyblasters and they flew downstairs hitting us while we waited. As the frustration grew about the lack of customer service and shadiness of the place a man was at what looked like a check in place but he only takes food orders. So I went up to the bar again and the bartender he would help us shortly. Finally, we went over to an area and were handed overalls to wear, motorcycle helmets and garden gloves. Pretty sure they are not cleaned regularly as they smelled and a bottle of Lysol was on the table. We made our way to a room and bought an extra bin of things to smash. Well basically you are smashing their customers beer bottles. There was a plate and a couple wine bottles in the bins too. You can throw them against the metal on the wall or use a hammer or sledgehammer. Got pretty boring and don't think you can pick rage music for your room as described on the booking. Nope. So we were done in about ten minutes and the cost was ridiculous for what it is. We try to support new businesses but they missed the mark in so many ways. Save your money and try to find other places to go for your entertainment. read more

Where do I start. I am always looking for different things to do , with my sister, niece and Mom, to celebrate our birthdays each year. I booked online , I read reviews on Facebook Book and thought this would be different. My niece was diagnosed with Cancer over a year ago and I visualized us breaking things, and kicking cancers butt. I live in Austin , so didn't know what to expect. I drove up and it looked very unappealing and kind of felt then , that I wasted $255. We went in and axe throwing was right as you walk in. I went to desk, to check in where I was told from the man that he was in charge of the kitchen , not reservations. We waited and a young man came and asked us what we wanted to do. I told him we had reservations, but they must have never looked because he asked us several more times what we wanted to do after the paint room. The paint room was small and it was ok, we made our own fun , but ran out of paint before the time was up, so we came out. I wonder now if we would have been left in there forever if we hadn't come out. We were not given shoe covers as stated online either. After that , they asked again if we wanted to do something else. I told him that I made reservations online for two things and already paid. We waited a long time as we watched two different groups go in and out of smash room. A guy came out hurt and they were trying to find a bandaid. We discussed how we would just be careful and break things gently if we ever got our turn. I flagged the guy down and told him again that we had reservations and that we already paid, and that we had waited way too long. He apologized and said we could go next . The gear you put on for the rage room is inadequate. The overalls smell and the gloves are too thin , and the helmets are not sanitized at all after each use. I was dripping sweat and only thought about how many people used all this before me. My niece did cut her hand as a shard of glass went through the thin gloves. We left that room early too. Over all it was poorly managed, ran by young adults from what I could see, and nobody knew what they were doing. It is totally not worth any amount of money and I could not wait to get home and shower . We left , no thank you, or have a good day , just overall a big regret . read more
