They can pick you up at the bike shop closest to you and shuttle you to one of many places. We got a ride up to the start of Lower Porcupine Singletrack to do the famous Porcupine Rim ride. Got picked up in a modified stretch Westie VW, painted birght yellow. What it lacked in a motor it made up for in character. Rattle trap ride up the dirt road for a good 30 minutes as the driver maneuvered the turns and arranged the next shuttle on her phone. Most shuttle companies will only take you to the one designated hot spot. Coyote can customize a shuttle dependent on where you want to go and group size.

Excellent Shuttle Service…read more Geoff was super responsive to my inquiries and offered a lot of advice and suggestions ( and free trail maps). The booking process online was very easy and accurate with good directions to parking. The shuttle itself was on time, clean and comfortable with good, safe racks for you bike. The added bonus is that they are one of the few ( perhaps only) shuttles in Moab that will pick you up where your chosen trail system lets out. This is huge because it allows you to leave it all on the trail instead of worrying about keeping a little in the tank to make the slog back to town on the road which is always a bit of a buzz kill. All in all a very professional operation and I highly recccomend them.

So much of what made the trip special was the "blue buddy" we rented from SW Jeep Adventures. We wanted to be flexible in where we stayed during our week in Moab, so we opted for renting a Jeep with camper top. Little did we know that was the best decision we could have made. Our host, Emily, not only outfitted us with all the gear we needed (sleeping bags, mats, pillow, cooking supplies, headlamps, chairs, fridge, etc) but most importantly she also provided us with guidance on the best places to park our Jeep at night. We opted for free, dispersed camping sites, which were amazing. The 4x4 routes we took to get to those camping spots were breathtaking. I pulled over constantly to take photos. Emily was great with communication before and also during our trip. She customized our gear based on what we needed and didn't need. After our flight time got changed, she went out and reserved us a camp site for the first night since we would be arriving after dark. She even looked at the forecast and threw in an extra blanket for us which turned out to be clutch! I very much appreciate her attention to detail which I might not have gotten from a larger place with a huge fleet of jeeps. I plan on coming back with my two daughters when they're of age for such an adventure and we'll be calling Emily for sure! PS- I'm not a huge 4x4 nerd but apparently the jeep we rented is hot stuff. We got a lot of comments from admirers and folks drooling over the camper top (Ursa Minor) and just in general at the rig. It's a handsome ride! As I head back home to drive my Subaru Outback, I may be missing blue buddy a bit!

Truly appreciated the nice adds like led lights and comfy sleeping bags and pillows for our overnight at the dollhouse in the maze section of canyonlands. Vehicle handled great. We also brought a tire inflator for getting back and airing back up. All responses were very quick from Cody and he also quickly worked out a payment issue, check-in and out were straightforward. I first reached out to Redtail in April 2022 with various questions about getting a charter from Durango to Moab in October 2022. I was nervous about the idea of booking a charter, in part because I didn't want to get stranded in Durango and miss an important event we had planned in Moab. Amanda was so incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions when I first booked our flight in April and all of my questions over the next six months. Amanda immediately gave me confidence in flying with Redtail and she was helpful in pointing me towards options for rental cars. When the day of our flight came Barbara picked us up in Durango. Barbara was welcoming, friendly, entertaining and most importantly a safe pilot. She even helped us load our luggage in our car which I thought was very kind. While she safely navigated from DRO to CNY she gave us some recommendations for what to see and where to eat in Moab and she pointed out some sights too. We loved that she pointed our Corona Arch because we hiked up to that arch later that afternoon. We really enjoyed our flight with Barbara! In addition to doing charter flights, Redtail Air Adventures specializes in scenic tours over Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. I had never heard of Canyonlands and we saw parts that we would never have seen. It was awe-inspiring and so very beautiful. I felt very safe and he taught us a lot about the area but also gave us time just to soak it all in. My favorite part of our trip so far was this ride. We rafted in the afternoon with Evans and Sam. They both worked very hard navigating the rafts, setting up and breaking down the lunch, and loading and unloading rafts. The water is low so it is not a fast moving river but the winds were really strong and pushing against us. Evans kept a great attitude and engaged with everyone and maybe that is just the norm. I was exhausted watching him! We saw a bald eagle fly over and land very close to us and that was a great highlight! Overall, a great day!

You can either meet at their location, where you can get some merch, sunscreen, use the facilities and ask any questions you have, or you can pay a small fee to get picked up from your location. From their place to the river, we did one of their raft tours, with 2 other couples we met there, and Josh, our guide. From beginning to end, Josh had a lot of information and history to share with us, and he made everything interesting and fun. He enjoyed answering questions, sharing his knowledge with us, and taking all the pictures we wanted. We even stopped for a quick hike on our tour (and those that didn't want to join were welcomed to stay on the raft). This was an amazing way to see a lot in a "short time" and learn.

I was searching on line and found Navtec. The river ride on the Colorado sounded like a great way to see the park. And it sure was, we nailed it. We arrived at their location downtown Moab a little while after checking into a hotel downtown. They offered to pick us up but it was a nice 10 minute walk to get to their office. It's a nice spot with plenty of last minute necessary's like sunscreen. Within minutes of rallying our group of 6 we were off to the launch point for the tour with our motorized blowup boat. We had a stop along the way at the great wall to see hieroglyphics. The boat ride was great, with information on spots and stories as well. Our guide Josh was excellent. Happy to say we had a great time.
