He treated me with respect despite my irritable mood and understanding throughout my heavy inquiries due to previous complications. He got me on my way as soon as possible and became a memorable experience on my Vancouver Trip. If you meet Sam at the front desk, he will do his best to give you the best rate possible. I paid $50 CAD less than what Expedia found (and messed up) for me. I would recommend anyone to use his location. The car rented was for a 2016 Corolla with no complications during the trip. Note: There was no GPS provided so my own data was used. Just standard issue radio, A/C, and back camera for parking (very helpful for parallel parking in Vancouver!) The only drawback was the lack of a tram system for that location to get to and from the airport. Thrifty, PLEASE SET ONE UP FOR THEM!

When she got to the location, they told her that they do not allow debit cards, then continued to escalate the situation by refusing my mother's credit card and refused to let her call my sister for assistance since we are from out of town. Expedia didn't tell me that this place closes at 12pm on Saturdays. I printed out the email and read it carefully before the trip but the closing time wasn't mentioned. Enterprise must have all my info but didn't email or text me to let me know that they close at noon. Got there at 12:15pm and the staff refused to give me the car I reserved citing that I was late and they already closed. If either Expedia or Enterprise had warned me about the 12pm closing time, I would've chosen a different rental location or company. My whole trip depended on having a rental car and that's why I made a reservation 5 month before. Arrgh.

I utilized the rental for our weeks stay on Vancouver Island. Aside from driving through downtown Vancouver to get to the ferry. I drove the vehicle all over Vancouver Island. During my weeks stay, I drove 1,028 km. The car handled great even on winding roads and roads that weren't Provincial roads.
