They were wonderful! Best experience I've ever had renting a car. Kudos to the team, and especially Neha (I hope I spelled her name correctly). We booked an SUV, expecting a mid size SUV. It was actually a better price than a compact car. When we arrived, we were offered a Tahoe or LandCruiser, much too larger for myself or my friend to feel comfortable driving. We asked if we could be switched to anything smaller....and I noticed an Audi & BMW SUV. I inquired about those....and Neha got approval for us to take the Audi. Great vehicle. We rented a van but it was damage so they upgraded us and gave us an explorer that seated 7 of us comfortably and a very nice drive. Upon returning the car Joe dropped us off the sky train, was very happy with our experience will certainly book with them next time we are in Vancouver read more

After a horrible experience with Budget rent-a-car, I was nervous to rent from Enterprise on Marine Drive but Mustafa and his team were fantastic. I couldn't get the car I wanted on the first day, but they gave me another car until my mid-size became available. At the last minute, I needed to keep it for another day and they happily gave me the weekly rate which was cheaper than 5 days at the regular rate!! No hassle return, very reasonably priced (even with the extra insurance) and they gave me a ride home after I returned the car!!!! read more

Beware this business. I have rented here in the past and have had not problems. When I rented here recently, I thought my experience would be great. The younger staff were very pleasant and helped locate another car when the available ones were too small. The problem came when I tried to return the car. I travel quite a bit and rent frequently. There were a few small scratches, likely from rocks thrown up on the very underside of the front of the car when I returned it. This would be nothing that I would even mark down during the inspection and definitely something I would consider normal wear and tear (other rental car companies have happily shrugged off door dings and similar scratches without problems in the past). The manager insisted that I pay for the scratches on the spot (initially not providing an estimate). T After much argument he stated he would put the repairs on his own credit card (rather than charging to the branch) and insisted that we never rent from his location again. I guaranteed that neither I nor my husband or business will ever rent anything from any Enterprise location. It is not worth the worry or the hassle when there are plenty of convenient places to choose from. read more
