They closed way too early was not supposed to close until 7 pm and this is the only way to heat our home or cook

Man, the employees here are just... rude. No way to sugarcoat it. Interacted with three employees and every single one was relatively unhelpful and just seemed like they hated their job and did not want to be there or interact with potential customers. read more

This location is supposed to fill propane tanks. For the past two years they have refused to claiming that it's broken.

After 28 calls of either going to voicemail or straight to hold I finally got to speak with someone, needless to say, with that kind of service I wont be using this location. Learn some decent customer service. read more

They set up a reservation for a truck that wasn't available. Didn't do anything to resolve

I needed a propane refill and Phillip was a great help. He is the owner of the location, and by the looks of it when I showed up, the only person working. He handled the line of customers without getting overwhelmed or anyone getting upset. Great service, even being shorthanded. read more

Rented a uhaul today and when I finished using the uhaul I forgot my ID and $300 dollars in the truck. When I finally left and realized I left my belongings I went back to see that the truck had already been parked. The customer service is 0 out 5 stars they told me their wasn't anything they could do for me after we justified my money and Id was left in the truck which I only went back to find my id and the money was stolen from us. I have camera footage of the worker opening the door and closing it as he walks to the back to do his check on the vehicle. Long story short don't use this company they don't respect customers, and your belongings don't matter to them. Please always check before you leave a uhuaul. read more

Beware of management at this location! Was switched from a different location to this one the morning of my reservation. When I showed up, I was informed they had (incorrectly) changed my reservation to the next day and did not have a trailer for me. Was forced to drive 29 miles to pick one up in Terrell. For my inconvenience the manager told me he would refund me $40 once the trailer was returned. After I returned the trailer, customer service called me and said I would not receive a refund. Have tried 3 times to get a hold of the manager of the location, each time I'm told I will receive a call back from him, but have yet to get a call back. Horrible customer service. read more

Devon was super heplful we called the call center and had problems getting the right hitch to tow our mobile groomer trailer back home but he took great care of us when we got to the uhaul location. read more

I won't sugarcoat it -- this is a busy location and you will likely have a wait, especially if you arrive at the beginning or the end of the month when moves commonly happen. In spite of arriving the weekend of Labor Day and having significant lines and major truck turnover - and in spite having a reduced staff - everyone on hand was attentive, helpful and working their hardest to make sure that we got exactly what we needed. We actually hit a snag- we had reserved a 10'er online in advance for a long distance move, but as it turned out whoever was supposed to deliver our truck had fallen behind and were going to arrive late. We were offered a 15 foot truck at zero additional charge along with free moving blankets as a result so we didn't have to wait for our truck. With only three staff members pulling around trucks and counting up everyone's order it had to be a super stressful day for their team. Everyone working that day was super polite and trying your best to meet our needs. I probably will never encounter a better U-Haul location and I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I was in a rush and honestly having a horrible day. The personal service made me feel like I was the only one he was worried about...his name was Michael. We had a great chat, he was smiling all the time and very professional and efficient. I was in and out fast but not rushed. I would have sworn he owned the store just from the way he handled himself, only to find out he had only been there for two weeks. Super friendly service here. I came in about half a dozen times in the last couple weeks gearing up for a big move, probably met the entire staff in the process. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've been to nightmare U-Haul stores before, but this one is top-notch. read more

This location is great. The employees were courteous and professional. I had no delays or problems with any part of my U-Haul order, which I placed online. The truck I received had low mileage and brand new tires. The employees took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and explain technical details. Before my 4-day odyssey across the US, I had never done business with U-Haul before. After a move that involved a 20' foot truck, auto-transport (flatbed-style car trailer), and movers in two cities, everything went as smoothly as possible. Great job, guys! read more

Had booked a one-way rental from Dallas to Austin, and was told the day before that they had no trucks, and would not assist with the cost of changing my airfare to accommodate their poor scheduling/booking systems. Don't book with U-Haul if you're trying to mesh their incompetence with your schedule. read more
