Alamont is tops! I hadn't been to a dentist in years because I was traumatized after going to a dental group that claimed to be "gentle". I was in tears when I walked through Alamont's doors because I was afraid of being hurt again. They were wonderful! Dr. Shipley is the most patient, friendly dentist! And he knows what he's doing! He did my root canal on short notice ON NEW YEARS EVE because I had an abcess. My hygienist is Amy. She's so good! She's smart and gets the job done while making me feel as comfortable as she can. Don't go anywhere else! This group will fix you up without selling you a bunch of services you don't need. If you call ahead of time and ask if they take your insurance, they'll tell you up front. Moved here from RI and I am happy I chose Dr. Roller and his staff to help me with all my dental needs. I had Kelly as my hygienist and she was great! Friendly and gentle which made my cleaning a pleasant experience. Being my first appointment here, Dr. Roller came in after my cleaning to check out my oral hygiene and answer any questions. He was also very friendly and professional. Rebecca is the receptionist for Dr. Roller and she is also great...actually everyone who works in the check in area is great!!! Way overpriced and the service isn't good either. It cost me $344 for a cleaning and an exam. The full exam that cost me $140 and lasted for 30 seconds just wasn't thorough enough. Dr. Graul didn't ask me any questions, just quick in and out. He doesn't feel your jawline or do a cancer screening, which is outline on their website as part of a full examination. Their equipment is outdated compared to any other dental office. This was a great place when Dr. Willis was there, but unfortunately, this office is no longer a good place to go. Over priced my wife went in trusting that this dental office would be honest with and instead they tried to rip her off she already have implant post in her mouth and now she needs an abutment these people wanted to charge her triple from what the national dentist association says the price should be .stay clear from this inflated dentistry . read more

I was able to call and get a new patient appointment in a matter of 2 days. This made me very happy because being in Grad school it makes it difficult to plan when I won't be in a class or a lab. They asked me to fill out the patient forms online, and mine didn't go through. Easy fix.. make sure you mark NA for anything that is blank, and it will. :) The appointment was quick, on time and very enjoyable. I don't like having my teeth cleaned (scalping is awful) and the hygienist made sure I was focused on other things to take my mind off them. The dentist was quick and efficient and eased my dental worries. Found a new dental home while I am here! read more

I would go elsewhere. I had a root canal that only lasted a few months. I spent tons of money on a gold tooth crown only to have it thrown away and the tooth extracted. I came in several times to state my issue only to hear we need to grind down the gold a little. Never took an X-ray. It wasn't until I got an abscess it was took care of. I lived and let live. Drew the receptionist called and gave me an appointment date. She apparently gave the wrong date. She called to ask where I was for my appointment and when I told her she gave me another date she denied it. This is when I had enough. They're clean and get you in pretty quickly but if it's more than a cleaning or simple repair, go somewhere else. read more

I used to go to this dentist many years ago but due to change in insurance I wasn't able to go back to them. So I changed to another local dentist. My first visit with the new dentist, I was told basically my teeth were a train wreck. And it was going to cost me an insane amount of money. My husband also. So I changed my insurance again at the end of the year for High option dental insurance. I still felt like I was being price gouged but I'm not the dental expert and had no real way of knowing. Because of the change I went back to Alamont. It had been several years between the switch. At Alamont, the dentist there did not see all the issues that the other dentist seen. Coincidence? No, the previous dentist was indeed price gouging me and seen what nice insurance I had. So thankful for Alamont. They not only was truthful with me, they could have easily taken advantage of my insurance and did not. So that tells me their not in it for the money. Their in it for the patients. Price difference was in the $1,000's. I did have some work done. A root canal actually. I was chicken to have it done. But Dr. Roller is the man! Basically painless. Obviously you can't get out of a root canal without some discomfort, but it was so minimal I didn't even need Tylenol. Everyone at this office is great. Their all very nice and work hard with you to make things easy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I've been looking for a dentist in Bristol that I like for at least 10 years. I don't know what took me so long to come to this group. The staff is super friendly, the dentist allowed me to be a part of the decision-making, I didn't experience the pain from being numbed like I have from other dentists and my out-of-pocket after insurance is less than others that participate on my dental plan. read more
