I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they tried to contact him but he ignored them like his employees ignore people they have contracts with. He even REVIEWED his OWN business on the Wood Construction website! Since my negative reviews on Google etc for Wood C&R LLC get ignored maybe I'll have to get my teeth straightened by $33,000 to get his attention. I couldn't get into my normal dentist before my upcoming vacation. The day of my appointment my anxiety was high because this was the first time I was going to be awake. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by smiles. Everyone made me feel so welcome and tried their best to quelch my anxiety. I had the nitrous oxide (new to me bc I'm usually put to sleep). This helped me, but what also helped was the kind staff. The dental hygienist Lisa was so nice. I felt safe and in good hands. Dr David Mathers was very kind and considerate of my fears. I made the decision to switch my dental care to Kingsport Dentistry. The entire staff helped me to jump the hurdle of being scared of the dentist and get on the right track to cross the finish line to better dental health.

How about, "oh, it's another 14 y.o. we better send a statement that dental insurance isn't covered because he's an adult? Because $220 for a cleaning? How about "do you want to skip xrays?" How about do the uncomfortable task of holding your staff to a higher standard of care and consideration for the patient- including yourself instead of ignoring that I already spoke to your office management. They know who I am. And if they didn't convey that to you, consider that. If they did tell you and you know who I am because they told you, don't bother writing responses that aren't sincere.

We made an appointment with Dr QI to help correct the dental problems from the previous dental office. She was very professional, did excellent work as well as being very personable and informative. We finished the procedure today and the finished product is excellent. She replaced an poorly fitting upper plate with another that fit perfectly. She also replaced the lower partial that was not seated properly. It was high in the middle and when a bite was taken the front would go down and the wires would scrape the adjoining teeth in the front, when biting in the back to chew the back would go down scraping the attaching teeth destroying the enamel. Dr Qi sent us out for oral surgeon to install implants. All is well now. The previous dental office was not interested in accepting any responsibility.
