I was in tears when I walked through Alamont's doors because I was afraid of being hurt again. They were wonderful! Dr. Shipley is the most patient, friendly dentist! And he knows what he's doing! He did my root canal on short notice ON NEW YEARS EVE because I had an abcess. My hygienist is Amy. She's so good! She's smart and gets the job done while making me feel as comfortable as she can. Don't go anywhere else! This group will fix you up without selling you a bunch of services you don't need. If you call ahead of time and ask if they take your insurance, they'll tell you up front. There were no surprises!

I have struggle with high anxiety with dentists, he belittled me because of my anxiety. I guess the ridiculous vibrating chair didn't calm my nerves enough. Also no call back from front office. My insurance was put in wrong & I've received rude & I'm a sense threatening letters for a payment I don't even owe. If someone would just call me back. Due to his lack of listening skills & empathy, I ended up in ER the very next morning. They were furious & took his name to make a formal complaint against him.
