Tina, the manager was extremely helpful as I sough guidance on where to find certain tools and to understand what were the sale items. She was very accommodating and happily went to the stock area of the stores to pull half a dozen tools that weren't out on display. Danny, the cashier, was also very helpful and willingly helped take a load of items out to my car and help me get everything loaded expeditiously. Great experience (albeit expensive) but so glad for the staff's helpfulness and friendliness.

She even refused to sell to customer because his mask was not over his nose. He even demonstrated that his mask was defective (kept falling down) but she did not care and demanded that he leave. And he did peacefully. I could not believe what I just witnessed. I also left the store and a pretty full shopping cart of items in the middle of the isle. I will never return to this store. I…read moreplaced and order for a piece of equipment on 7/8/2019 by Randy, he took my credit card info over the phone and told me that it would be at store for pick up by 7/11/2019 or 7/12/2019 and said would call me when in, well on 7/12/2019 I called Ritenour Equipment to speak with Randy to inquire about if my equipment came in, I got shuffled around on the phone for 10 minutes to finally be told that Randy is unavailable and nobody knows anything about my order except Randy, so I was told he will have to call me back, ohhh boy. Randy calls me back about 20 to 30 minutes later to tell me that my order went to another store 85 miles away from me, when it was supposed to be at there store that is only 32 miles away from me, Randy told me sorry, but then he told me either I can go and pick up my equipment there at 85 miles away from me, or I can wait over the weekend and he will personally go and pick it up from the other store and have it in there store Monday morning on 7/15/2019 for me to pick up, I figured ill let Randy go and pick up my equipment over the weekend and pick it up Monday morning on the 7/15/2019, it shouldn't be my responsibility to drive further/spend more gas for there screw up. well now its 7/15/2019 I called Ritenour Equipment to make arrangements to pick up my equipment, well guess what Randy is not available again to take my call, and I get shuffled around on the phone again and was told Randy will have to call me back, really, but this time Randy calls me back in about 10 minutes having a smug laugh to his voice and tells me that my equipment is still at the other store and he was too busy to go pick it up, I then told Randy to cancel my order and I want a full refund to my credit card, then Randy started to have an attitude with me over the phone saying (THAT EQUIPMENT WAS SPECIAL ORDERED FOR YOU) I just said I want a refund and I left it at that...... but wait Randy calls me saying he's having one of his guys going to go and pick it up from the other store now, really, that was supposed to have been done over the weekend, nope I just want my refund, then he calls me again to tell me he will have it shipped to my address, nope refund me, you know the moral to this is (fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me) and now im fighting Ritenour Equipment to get my money back, don't order anything let alone buy anything through this business update: as of 7/17/2019 Randy keeps calling me, basically harassing me now, he called on 7/16/2019 and today 7/17/2019 wanting my full address to ship the equipment to me when I already told him on 7/15/2019 in my previous statement do to there 2xs screw up, to cancel my order and wanted a full refund, he said alright and he will do up the paper work, i can see now that Ritenour Equipment/Randy wants me to pay not only for the equipment but also for there screw up

There's also a transfer fee of $5 per item to send it to a different hub. The auctions start at $1 and there are some great deals, but don't buy electronics. Nothing is guaranteed and the items are most likely used/broken. Choose products that are non-electronic and that you won't be eating off off. Think curtains, mirrors, trampolines, etc. Everything that has required electricity was either broken or so dirty I wouldn't use it for my family (like an electric dog water fountain with moldy filters). But my friend lucked up and got a $900 coffee table for $19. Don't lose hope, just bid smart.

Buying a pool has become one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. ZERO customer service…read morefrom the company they use to install pools, we were no-call, no-show multiple times & they do not work weekends. So if it lightly rains all week and they miss your appointment & then it's sunny all weekend, don't expect them to come install your pool. You are added back to the list, you don't even get a text about your next appointment for about a week or sometimes even 2 weeks. And THEN you have another week or 2 wait for them to come install (or not??!!). Our install ended up being pushed back over a month. I can understand the weather makes things difficult but their non existent customer service really makes the whole thing even more frustrating. Once we FINALLY got our pool put up, we realized the installer carved words into the siding of our pool. Not to mention the liner has creases all throughout the bottom, and the pool bottom is not level. You can clearly see the water level is different around the edges of the pool. They sent someone out to replace the carved pieces (after denying that anyone from their company would ever do such a thing). At this point my husband wanted to take the pool back & demand our 11k back! We had been delivered JUNK and it was installed by JUNK installers. Speaking of - once we messed with everything for a week straight we FINALLY got some of the steady leaks to stop or at least slow to a drip, we then realized that they did not hook the salt cell up after the heater, it was installed before. Fine. We pay them again to come out & hook it up in the proper order. 4 weeks later the hoses blow off the salt cell & we loose the water level clear down to the return hose level. Mind you, different hoses have blown off 3 separate times now. So every single hose they have hooked up has blown off of the pump or pool itself, causing us to lose large amounts of water multiple times. This install company has been a huge joke, and the best that Valley Pool can do is say Oh sorry, we have had some issues with them this year. Your pool will stop dripping eventually & work itself out. CAN SOMEONE DIRECT ME TO A POOL COMPANY THAT DOESNT SELL JUNKY PARTS? So I can purchase new hoses & clamps that actually fit & do their job? I have refused to give Valley Pool any more of my money, we have been stopping in Pool City & Alpine for shock & chemicals & will continue to do so in the future. This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. A VERY EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE.
