    I was with Kathy Crim for many years and she was AMAZING. When my account was transferred to…read moreKathy's office, she called and introduced herself and the team. Kathy reached out on a regular basis to check in. ZERO communication from Carmel or her team since Kathy retired. When I reached out to find out what needs to be done to add another person to my policy, it took Carmel's office almost THREE DAYS to return my call. And it gets even worse - on Feb 26, I happened to look at my online account and noticed a car was added to my policy that I don't own and they removed my Accord from my policy. When I called Carmel's office, I was told "Corporate" replaced the vehicle on the policy and there was no record of who completed the transaction. They escalated the change "to corporate". Now almost 9 days later, the car is still on my account and I am being billed on my policy for the new car. WHY I'm even more FRUSTRATED - I called State Farm Customer Service line on March 7th and it turns out that the person who added/issued the policy change to my account was in Carmel's office. The people in her office are covering their mistakes by blaming it on corporate!!!! Thank goodness Customer Service is available. I have ZERO TRUST in what I am being told from Carmel's office!!!

    These guys are gawd awful. They literally work against you when it comes to managing your…read morepolicies. I hired them as a favor to my nephew, brought about 6 policies beetween home and auto. Was always a guess whether the policies were active or not. They couldn't manage to just charge me annually. I would not recommend this agent if she were the last agent around.
