Auto Saver managed that transition smoothly, but I've not had reason to return for help until today when I discovered I had lost my current "proof of insurance" card. Not a good idea to drive around without this proof! So I stopped by their office with my account number, expecting that they would verify the account and contact my carrier for new documents. No! They checked my account and printed the "proof" on the spot. Quickly and efficiently done by very friendly people. It was a wonderful experience. Local is usually best! Ok, so normally I get a refereral to an…read moreinsurance agent or somehow meet them, but I was thinking that I was paying a little more than I am supposed to on my insurance so I figured to call a place called auto "saver plus" insurance to see if there was a possibility to get a better rate. Well Biance went through a list of discounts and agencies to see what fit best for my needs and wouldn't you know it; she was able to get higher coverage and lower my rates by half. Yes it does benefit you to go to someone who does not work on commission because she was literally fishing for discounts. I also got very lucky when I walked into the busienss as it was not busy at all and the same person who had answered the phone, Bianca, was able to help me so I had a great experience. A mysterious auto accident appeared on my record when I was out of town and she actually researched it as I suppose the DMV does make mistakes and she found that it was not me and was able to quote my insurance rate without that accident which I now have to clear up with the DMV to make sure that they don't keep it on my record. She must be a yelper because people don't really go out of their way like that unless they themselves know that you never know who is and who isn't a yelper so you always give the best service you possibly can.
