Disappointed. After reading pretty good reviews, I was excited to see a good dentist close to home. I called the office because I was having some tooth sensitivity. They brought me in pretty fast. I filled out paper, did a COVID screening then sat down with the dr and went through my teeth history. I let him know about some bluish color around the base of my root canal. We did x-rays and I had a cavity. We made an apt for a filling and he recommended a new crown. I received the quote and was surprised by the pricing. I opted for the filling and skipped the crown. I called my insurance since the crown should have been covered. They said the Dr may have upgraded the crown and that's why it isn't covered. The Dr did my filling himself and he was very quick and the shots were nearly painless. I was shocked how quick he was. After my apt, I asked him If he upgraded my crown because I was surprised by the price. Instead of just saying yes and explaining why, I felt like i was attacked. "He said you need a good crown. You grind your teeth too. I had to file your back tooth down to nearly flat. Normally, I only have to do that two or three times with patients, but yours took a long time. You have no ridges." I was offended. He was talking about the tooth that he just filled, not even the tooth that needed the crown. I've been reluctant to even go back for a cleaning. I finally swapped providers and wont be returning. read more

Finding the right dentist is tedious, time consuming, & scary! I've always dreaded dentist appointments, however, I'm so grateful for Dr. Pan and his staff! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! They provide exceptional customer service, made me feel comfortable, and well informed about my dental care at every single appointment. Dr. Pan is an awesome dentist. He's friendly, patient and attentive. Sandra is amazing! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face! I called around 11am asking for an emergency appointment and she was able to fit me in for a 1pm appointment. I was able to get the dental work I needed that same day and have since gone back for several follow up appointments. I've had really awful experiences with (different) dentists in the past, so I was reluctant to go back for a few years. However, my experience with Dr. Pan and his staff was nothing but fantastic - they truly made me feel comfortable while I was there! Aside from that, Dr. Pan was very upfront about everything. You could also tell that he cares about his patients and he loves what he does! I found out that because of previous dental history my jaw is rotating slightly, which he was able to demonstrate with state of the art scanning technology (it's pretty amazing to see your skull up on the screen!). Instead of giving me an ultimatum about what to do, we spoke about a few different options and he said that he would research others. He also explained to me why this had happened and that it wasn't my fault, instead of just leaving me with no reason whatsoever. Dr. Pan is conservative and proficient in his dental skills. You can trust him with the whole family. I had a crown replaced and instead of having to wait 2 wks. with a temporary, Dr. Pan made it in his office and I walked out with a beautiful crown the same day. Short staffed. Dr Pan appears to be a very caring doctor who tries to do it all. A professional dental office would hire multiple professionals to provide customer care. Dr. Pan eliminates hiring staff to attempt to juggle his patients trying to do EVERYTHING including basic cleanings. This type of practice only benefits him it does NOT benefit the patient. Especially, when his dental assistant is not very caring and lazy. The patient is left feeling there services were not complete. We were referred to Dr. Pan and are so great full we were. Our 8-year old son saw a previous dentist and they did not do a good job at all except for their referral to Dr. Pan. The previous dentist told us that they could strap him down to fix his cavities...Dr. Pan asked us why were were here to see him and wonder why the other dentist referred us to him. We told him that they said you could strap him down because he is handsy... Dr. Pan immediately said O No we don't do that here. That was good because we were not down fin r that at all. Dr. Pan sat us all down and explained what needed to be done and what our options are. I fact he said our son had 8 cavities and not 6 like the other dentist told us. Everyone on his team is amazing. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Pan for years. He always makes seeing the dentist a surprisingly comfortable experience. He invests in his passion to provide the best care by always having the latest technologies. I've always hated taking X-rays in the past when I had to bite on those large uncomfortable films, but Dr. Pan uses a much smaller and electronic bitewings. That's been good for me AND my children. He also has the technology to design, create, and modify crowns right there in the office. So, there's no need for temporary crowns and 2nd trips. His assistant, Amanda, is personable, knowledgeable, and great with young kids. Dr. Pan also has a hygienist in his office so we never have a problem with getting in for appointments. Dr. Pan is absolutely amazing. I've had the worst experience with dentists before and I was lucky enough to find his office. I've been a patient of his for over 3 years now and definitely satisfied. He changed the metal fillings that a previous dentist put in, into pearly whites. His staff is also extremely helpful and always go over on what to expect with the charges. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife and I came to this dentist because our ins changed and Dr Pan was recommended. First of all this office is very expensive and OVER PRICED. Second, right away he started to push for my wife to get 3 crowns. We went for second opinion and were told that that treatment was waaaaay too aggressive. In fact she only needed two fillings. Thirdly, I got a filling in wrong tooth. I went in complaining of pain and that problem was not addressed until I started seeing our current dentist. Overall these people will want to do very aggressive treatments to overbill you and your insurance. NOTE TO BUSINESS: if you are already digging through records to find out who I am it's called a HIPA violation. read more

He's the only dentist my kids know and they never react negatively to their office visits. He's a great choice for the whole family. His hours and location are very convenient. Dr. Pan and his assistant, Cora are absolutely amazing. I'm a major dental phobe and as a result hasn't seen a dentist in several years and had cracked teeth from grinding them in my sleep. I was absolutely TERRIFIED to have my mouth looked at and worked on. When I came in, the front end person, Sandy, was super comforting, made sure I had some water and stayed as calm as possible. The wait was very short and as soon as I met Dr Pan and Cora, my nerves were calmed and I felt safe. Both of them were fantastic and made sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way, consistently checking in on my anxiety and reminding me to breathe, as I often accidentally hold my breath when nervous. Any time I showed discomfort, we stopped and made sure I was okay to continue. If you're dental phobic, I couldn't recommend a better place to go. If you're not phobic, I still couldn't recommend a better place. Despite my struggles, they were still able to be very thorough, which is something I've struggled to find in the past. So take it from someone that used to faint just walking from their car to a dental office because they're so phobic, these guys are as good as it gets. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards them and the above and beyond extra effort they went through to make sure it was as positive of an experience as possible. read more
