Have been coming to this orthodontist for years! My did phase 1 and phase 2 with them awhile, so we were under their care for about 5 years total. We have been to all of their locations and all of them are great! Now we have the pleasure of coming back to do my son's braces and we couldn't be happier! Ashley the treatment coordinator is always so nice and helpful. The women at the front desk is super sweet as well! I love that they always have the office decorated, complimentary waters, and fun activities for the kiddos to engage in. For this appointment, I had to also bring along my two year-old daughter who at times cannot be very well entertained when there's other things around her going on. So they even provided her with some age-appropriate teeth toys that were so cute. Actually had to get onto Amazon and purchase a set for us at home because she had a blast pretending to clean teeth and putting braces on them. My son got braces at the Roseville office last week. He was very nervous and got out of the chair as his anxiety ramped up. Magan was his technician and she spent about 15 minutes talking him through everything and calming his worries. She was very patient with him through the whole thing and he left there confident and happy. I would like to thank the staff at this office for being so accommodating and just pleasant in general. I've been an ortho for 10 years and had to come in for a consultation to get treatment address that wasn't by my previous orthodontist . The staff and the doctors were so nice and informative, and they did an excellent job explaining my treatment and making me feel comfortable even when it was evident that I was basically traumatized by past ortho experience. Although I did not proceed with treatment with their office due to just convenience of where my daughter's daycare and school was to another office. By far the best orthodontic office I've been to and I been to a few. Unfortunately for me, genetics are not on my side and I had a lot of issues. The doctors and staff are beyond caring and accommodating for my care. I'm extremely happy with the results and continue to use them for my retainers. I trust their work so much that my daughter (11) has now started down this path. Staff provided me many different avenues and were not pushing for the most expensive option which has been the case in the past. The office is very clean and welcoming. Front male schedule coordinator pressured young individuals to try on their retainers in front of him and when not agreeing, gets aggressive in tone. I have held off as long as I can writing this review in hopes that care would be better as time went on. From the moment we began our care and got our braces on it has been nothing but a roller coaster ride of down. The office staff push so many people through that I feel like that don't really care for you as a patient. What made me write this review finally is we came in today to get brackets and wire put on the last of his teeth. He got home and a few hours later ate a cupcake and the bracket broke off. We called in and said can we come back and get the bracket replaced. She asked if we could make it in 10 mins and we said no that we could make it up in within the next hour. Once we arrived we were told we would have to wait and an additional hour to be seen. I wish I could say this is a one time issue but their customer service is way below par. Last week I called made an appointment for my son they than asked if I could move the appointment via text and before I could reply they cancelled our existing appointment and scheduled the one I didn't confirm and could not make it to. read more

My son just got his braces on a Month ago and he was nervous, The doctor and his assistant made it so easy and enjoyable for him now he doesn't have any anxiety going in there we just went in and got his wires changed without any problems! Promptly scheduled us an appointment. Clean clinic, friendly staff and very good at explaining procedures and treatment. Huge turnoff was the derogatory, political statements the orthodontist made at the end. Does everything have to be politicized? Now even the orthodontist is no longer off limits for these divisive discussions. I'm purposefully not specifying the comments, as I don't want to open a can of worms on yelp. We have been here twice now to see if my 9 year old should start braces. They took scans and have a very non pressure attitude. They went over my daughters teeth and suggested we come back in 6 months to check in to see how they move. They are very attentive and easy to talk to. We came back in 6 months and had the exact same experience. The whole staff is great. They said medically if wasn't necessary to start them but if she was feeling self conscious, we could. Dr. Alexander and his staff are a dream come true. Before any major purchase or investment, I always do a bunch of research. Well, with two kids about to get braces, that qualified as a major investment. After much research and a few recommendations, I narrowed it down to three orthodontists. After selecting one, paying to have x-rays and molds done (not included in the treatment plan), we ended up relocating to Northern California. OH NO, the search begins again - except this time, I know so much more. I quickly narrow down my search and meet with Dr. Alexander at his Rocklin office. So, the upshot is this, our new orthodontist is $2000 less than the orthodontist we were supposed to go to. Yes, and unlike all three of the previous orthodontists, x-rays and molds are considered part of the treatment and he doesn't charge extra. Oh yeah, and my kids don't have rubber bands on their teeth because Dr. Alexander uses "Innovation C System Braces". They're clear, they help the teeth move more quickly, the kids have less pain and less time in the office. So let's revisit my top points: 1) Dr. Alexander's use of advanced technology helps my kids have a better looking smile during treatment (accompanied by less pain and less time in the office) 2) Dr. Alexander and his staff are terrific. His treatment coordinator, Pam, and front office administrator, Tammy, are always helpful. Plus, my kids like all of the dental assistants. 3) AND, let's not forget, he was $2000.00 less than the least expensive SoCal orthodontist. This place is phenomenal. I wish every doctors office ran the way this office does. They take such good care of their patients. My son has been seeing Dr. Martin since the end of his phase one. He took over the practice from the precious doctor. Both were excellent doctors. His staff remained the same and we felt such a warm welcome every time there was a check up. Now we're ready for phase two! Dr. Martin's business has grown and they moved to a new office. Still in Rocklin, not far from the old office. Things are newly improved! New options now for braces that make things less conspicuous while wearing braces. Things have changed from when I was a kid! Anyone questioning weather or not to start "2 phase ortho" this is my daughter. She was 7 when we started her treatment, she couldnot bite properly and was experiencing jaw pain due to her sever overbite. 10 months later she can eat normally no pain. They use a trap door bracket that applies consistent and constant pressure moving the teeth fast with minimal pain. Love these guys they are the best in the business. read more
