This is a cute little massage shop that is right next to The Jamaican Pot which is an amazing place to get Jamaican barbecue right on 8 Mile Road. Located in a plaza with a liquor store and a closed-down stripclub across the side street and a rims accessories car shop as well. So it's pretty cool little Plaza and this is a cute massage parlor, and the reason we checked it out is because we were waiting for our Jamaican food. It looked good so I bought the Groupons for multiple massage sessions. Next I tried to set up appointments for my wife and me but I had some questions. We really liked the previous place we used to go every month and only stopped because it was a long drive so I was looking for a new place that was closer. I wanted to talk to someone because I had a number of questions but it seemed I could only communicate by text or email. I was referred to a third party website to set up appointments but the dates and times were very limited, there was nobody I could talk to (think Microsoft, Amazon, Groupon, etc), and it was not very user friendly, especially for trying to get appointments for two of us at the same time. I later found out that there is only one therapist. This was more involved than I wanted to deal with so I sent this information to Groupon and requested a refund which they agreed to do. I must add, as I said initially, since we were not able to schedule appointments that would fit our preferred times (all were in the middle of the day in the middle of the week), we never received any massage services. There are not any Yelp reviews to go by but the reviews on Groupon were mostly very positive. We may have to just drive to our previous place which was always easy to deal with, including by phone, and their massage services were excellent as well.

I never got the confirmation call, but we had already taken the day off of work for our 1:00pm appointment. I professionally received a text message an hour before canceling due to "the flu"... I understand things happen that we can't control and we'd reschedule. We tried contacting the business, no answer.. Took 3 days to finally get in contact with Carlus, apologetically offered us a complimentary massage for the inconvenience of the previous cancel. Two weeks later, we arrive timely to our 12:00pm appointment to find NOBODY at Natural Touch (though they claim to be open seven days a week, 9am-9pm). We knocked/called for 20 minutes until we called it quits. Again, we requested another day off of work for what was supposed to be a day filled with relaxation and comfort, that only left us with distress and disappointment. I have never experienced something so awful. I want everyone to BEWARE of Natural Touch and the standards they lack. Spend your hard earned money somewhere they respect their clientele!
