I would not recommend this nail salon based on my recent experience…read more I went in for a pedicure, and my feet barely touched the water before the guy started working on them. The purpose of a pedicure is to allow your feet to soak and soften, but that never happened. My feet were only in the water long enough to test the temperature before he immediately began the service. To make matters worse, he started scrubbing my feet with a tool without applying any cream or exfoliating product first. I politely mentioned that my feet never got a chance to soak, and instead of addressing my concern, he looked at me, asked me to repeat myself, and then continued the service as if I hadn't said anything. The shellac polish application was also sloppy and uneven. I now have to clean up excess polish myself at home. I paid extra for paraffin wax, but it was left on for only about three minutes, which defeated the purpose of the treatment. The bottoms of my feet still have dead skin and feel like they were barely worked on. What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service. When I expressed my concerns to another employee, they seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to resolve the issue. I am leaving this review to share my honest experience. I also have photos and a recording of me expressing my concerns at the salon and the staff's response which I will be positing on social media. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pedicure experiences I've had, and I will not be returning.

They also do waxing, lashes, eyebrows, pedicures, manicure, etc. They are a full service salon. Now all the other techs have learned to do nail art, so you can't really go wrong with most of them. Ken is the best and his wife, and he's been doing my nails for years. I took a long break for almost 2 years to heal my natural nails that were brittle, weak, and breaking, and I also was pregnant and had a baby. I returned so excited today!! I've been waiting to come back and of course no disappointment. My nails are beautiful as always. They are quite expensive though for long nails with nail art, but I do believe they also offer regular length normal acrylics and manicures and have dedicated techs for that.
