NO GOOD!!!!!! They assume that their customers have unlimited financial resources. It is essential…read moreto carefully review the estimated costs before proceeding with any services. Check whatever box you want on the form they send you but it means nothing once they have your credit card on file. I had a generator rebuilt, but the impeller was not replaced, after sitting on there work bench for 5 months resulting in additional costs. After spending $15,000 on the initial rebuild, I was quoted an additional $3,000 to fix the impeller issue. That should have been done while on there bench. However, I found an alternative service provider who completed the repair for half the cost. He was outraged at what they wanted to charge me. (The mechanic said they have a very bad name in the industry.) This experience has led me to question their pricing practices. Over the course of two years, I have spent $30,000 on their services. Despite this, they did not provide any complimentary services, such as a startup for my boat in the beginning of the season but had the balls to tell me they pulled my boat and tied it up, but sent some stupid shit in the mail as a thank you. lol. Furthermore, when I encountered issues with a rebuilt pod, I was asked to pay for the repair. They installed my exhaust wrong so no water came out the exhaust, if they threw in the start up they would have seen that. I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options. It appears that their business practices prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. As a business owner myself of a 4 generation company I understand the importance of providing quality service and value to customers. Giving a little back goes a long way. THEY ARE NO GOOD. (Please don't respond that you're sorry to hear my disappointment. You give nothing back to your customers but take and take! )

I had volunteered thru the Court for a HRA "Step Program" I was not aware this program is a set up, and clearly for failure. I had an appointment for a follow up in regards to a License I was not aware I had to meet with a alledge career advisor, stated their was alledgelly miscommunication, She also stated to me that she had to report to the judge, making threats. I did not concent to any "free" or volunteer time, specially 120 hours a month, only to just sit around on a program that's very poor and not consistant with veterans needs, career opportunities, training or assistance. This Program is more geared towards Welfare recipient and failure. I was not aware that it's not a HRA direct program,This was my first time at this location its located right next Public Assistance Office a bad area, I was not aware AW is not part of HRA and was very confused that this are the individuals in charge of alledgelly helping in getting into a job training program, got a rude awakening since I already have the background and history of employment. I was very discouraged, the female alledge that I have to do 120 hours a month (No pay) the career adviser / Corporate Representative Ms. Spears MA was very quick to state to me of reporting negatively to the support Magistrate for FC, a program that I had volunteer to attend in good faith to ratified arrears base of erroneous math by said Magistrate, even thought I already and previously is actively working with Veterans specialized organizations assisting me in finding employment including AW. This place in Jamaica Queens is overall a very disappointing substandard location. execellent if your a freeloader a, on Public Assistance, Lack Educational background and you never have a job or Training, this place appears more like a Probation Office then a active work environment, very disappointed. I will keep anyone posted who's interested in knowing additional information.

Doesn't seem bad but they don't do anything special compare to the workforce1 a few blocks down. The orientation is the first step into this program writing your personal government information and later taking 5th grade test exams. Pros- i like the idea of helping soon to be homeless people or helping families who are trying to make ends meet. Cons- the staff is rude and feel no need to provide any answers to your questions until you see a specialist, the fact the bathroom isnt open to the public you need a access code? This place is a ring around rosey i hate the fact its mandatory of 8hours!! Ugh
