I am so thankful for her recommendation. We've been going for a few months now and are blown away after every visit. Dr. Norton and Tiffany have shown our little girl so much love and patience. They work quickly and skillfully providing fun distractions when necessary. They recognize when she becomes overwhelmed and offer her breaks. They speak to her in terms that she can understand and take the time to explain everything they'll be doing before they do it. At our visit today, Tiffany surprised us with a Rapunzel doll, knowing she is my daughter's favorite princess. She goes so far above and beyond her job description and we are incredibly grateful. The front office staff are also wonderful. Melissa is so knowledgeable and has been great about communicating costs and procedures with us up front. They have affordable payment options available if insurance doesn't cover everything. Brittany has been a lifesaver with scheduling and rescheduling appointments for us when we need it. If the Cape Coral office can't fit us in, she will contact their other offices and always finds a way accommodate our unconventional schedule. The office itself is in a nice and convenient location. We especially enjoy the view of the water from their treatment room. Everything is always clean and well maintained. Going to the orthodontist is not something to be dreaded when you're coming to visit Dr. Norton's.

Before my appointment, I verified that my insurance provides 100% coverage for routine preventive services, including exams, checkups, and cleanings. This was my first dental visit in years, so I expected to receive straightforward information about what was covered and any legitimate treatment recommendations. Instead, I felt pressured throughout my visit to approve additional services that were presented as necessary. I was told I could not receive a standard cleaning because my gums were "infected" and that I required a more expensive cleaning that would cost me an additional $168 out of pocket. I was also told that the alleged infection could not be treated for another 30 days, requiring additional appointments. The entire process felt confusing and misleading. I was repeatedly asked to sign documents for services I declined. My understanding was that I was signing acknowledgments related to discussions we had with the dental staff and assistant manager, including statements that certain costs would be adjusted because my insurance would not fully cover them. However, when I went to check out, staff attempted to bill me for services I had already declined, claiming that my signature authorized them. The front desk staff made me feel embarrassed and pressured to pay charges that I did not believe I owed. Instead of receiving clear explanations, I felt as though I was being treated like I was unwilling to pay for necessary care when my concern was simply being billed for services I never intended to authorize. To make matters worse, I am now receiving bills for approximately $400 in additional charges that I do not believe I approved. Patients deserve transparency regarding treatment recommendations, insurance coverage, and financial responsibility. My experience left me feeling misled, pressured, and distrustful of the billing practices at this office.

These guys are the best that I have ever had. I needed a crown on a rear molar (the hardest one to reach!) and the combination of smart people, good hands, and very up-to-date equipment made this experience painless. Remarkable! And Dr Rollings has the best hands with the novocaine needle that I have ever experienced. As a worried parent hundreds of miles away, I called five different offices in the area and was either turned away or given the runaround until I reached this amazing team. Not only did they answer promptly and kindly, but they got my daughter in within 30 minutes of my call. And to top it off they treated her completely free of charge. Who does that anymore?! They weren't concerned about billing or insurance, just about helping a child in pain. If I lived in Florida, this would be our family's orthodontic office for life. Their compassion, professionalism, and generosity truly blew me away. Thank you for going above and beyond when we needed it most.
