Wayne called me from Ikea to let me know he got everything and told me he was on the way. He installed the items quickly and professionally. For all that he did, his price was very very reasonable. He saved us from the nightmare that is IKEA Brooklyn. When dealing with IKEA, it is impossible to know if the item you want will actually be in stock (the website is often wrong or does not have complete information). Wayne dealt with the tricky situation of one small but important piece of furniture not being at the store while the rest of items were available. I would use Wayne again, for sure.

Sam kept to our detailed workplan/estimate and billed me weekly for materials and labor completed that week. Their aluminum frames are as good and it gets and the specials are FANTASTIC deals. They also offer affordable re-stretching on wood or metal frames.
