This is the first review I have ever written, but I cannot let this opportunity go by to speak about someone who in my opinion is a Master!! My experience with Dr Serure was outstanding!!! I traveled from New Jersey and stayed at a nearby Marriott. All went smoothly with my accommodations as his staff walked me through every step of the way. Dr Serure performed a facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty , rhinoplasty and fat transfer. The next day when the bulky dressing came off, to my happy surprise my dimples were still intact!!! That bulb at the tip of my nose had vanished like Nanny McPhee! My facial skin was not numb or woody feeling (as some post facelift patients report) And I had absolutely no bruising!! About 20 years when I lived in Miami, Dr. Serure performed a tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction on me. I have since moved to NYC, and I had a facelift with a prominent NYC plastic surgeon, but unfortunately, I still have complications. While visiting Miami a few months ago, I made an appointment to consult with Dr. Serure, thinking he could help me even if it would just be advice. Instead, he was rude, snippy, and out of line with me. He was arrogant as well. I emailed him and expressed my disappointment. He responded with the most unintelligent email I have ever read, admitting his attitude was atrocious and uncalled for. Don't let his Brioni suits, slick-backed hair, and swag fool you. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Serure! He is one of the few doctors left that genuinely cares about his patients and takes his time with you. He removed a cyst for me since I scar terribly and you can barely see the scar. A few years after that I cut my face on my nose and eyebrow to the bone. On a Saturday night this man left a black tie event and met me at the hospital to place the stitches. What other doctor would do this?! I was anxious and so worried about how the scaring would look and he was calm, cool, and collected and even cracked jokes to help me calm me down. He did such a great job that you cannot see either scar! I know several people who have done work with him. My best friend did her boobs with him and they came out great with no scaring. My best friends mom did an eye lift and facelift with him and that too came out amazing! He specializes in surgery without looking like you have had work done. Dr. Serure had done my breast augmentation over 15 years ago while I was still living in Miami. Although I live out of state, I was so pleased with the results I came back to see him for the mommy makeover that my girls needed after birthing and breastfeeding two children. I never even got to see this doctor because when I called the girl was so rude on the phone. All she said is that it is a $50 charge for the consultation and if you do the procedure with Dr Serure it would go towards that. I've been calling and seeing many Plastic surgeons within the last month and this is the first that charges for the consultation and has rude customer service. read more

Had breast augmentation at Dr. Alan Serure's practice in August 2015 and would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor. He chose too big implants for my body, the breast came out uneven, did not look natural, had ripples all over and pointed downwards. He blamed the outcome of a previous Plastic Surgent I had been to (whom I had been extremely satisfied with) and consistently said that I just had to wait and not to be worried about it. Now six months later, I have redone my breast augmentation with my old doctor and I am so happy. Dr. Serure is not good with scars, places implants too high (I am not the only one with this experience) and does not give you a natural look. I knew he did amazing plastic surgery but was so happy to learn he also did incredible reconstruction work once I met several other breast cancer survivors who were his satisfied patients. I went to DR. Serure over 13 years ago for breast argumentation. My mother Astrid knew him personally and said that's the man to see. He was amazing then and continues to be amazing now.
