At least we were open to trying something outside the box other than weekly open houses. David was too busy to be present at our appraisal, inspection, closing....basically hosted 1 open house and stopped by with flyers. Not even a "thank you" closing realtor gift after a $15,000 commission. Not a letter, email...nothing. In a nutshell, a total Dallas prick.
