I recently had to have my car towed after the starter went out, and I chose to send it to Alan Webb Chevrolet. Because the vehicle wouldn't start, I ended up having to leave it a few blocks away from the dealership in a random parking lot. Fortunately, David in the service department went above and beyond by arranging to have the car moved onto the dealership lot for me. Throughout the process, the team was professional, courteous, and very communicative. Although the repair required a warranty inspector--causing a slight delay over the weekend--once everything was approved, the repair was completed within a few hours. I really appreciated the priority they placed on getting me back on the road, especially since I needed the vehicle to get to work. It's clear they care about their customers and understand the importance of timely service. I highly recommend their service department and won't hesitate to return if needed. read more

shame on you Alan Web Chevrolet!!! My son and I drove 6 hrs to purchase his first truck (2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD). we contacted them the night before to make sure we were still go to go. I canceled my fishing trip That Saturday to go with my son and get his dream truck. after driving for hours, we showed up only to be told the truck was sold out from under us!!! They said they were going to compensate a small amount for fuel and time, not near enough for the time wasted the fuel and the headache. It has been two months now and they have every excuse in the book as to why I have not been reimbursed. Mind you, I did not ask, they offered. Once they offered, I expected they would atleast follow through with that, NOPE!! I have not received anything and now they are dodging my call. I took my Chevy Silverado to the dealership for a water leak, in the cab of the truck. The Chevy dealership had my truck for a total of 14 day, only to get it back with the same problem. I went back and explained the floor/pad was still getting wet. I was told to leave it and they would look at it again? The problem I had, it was diagnosed by their techs the first time? I was not going to leave my truck again for who knows how long and at what additional expense. The repairs that were done, didn't address the true problem. Example, a door gasket was replaced on the passenger right front door, but the padding under the left side brake/gas pedal was wet? The problem was an outside vent under the wiper blades, allowing water to run inside along the firewall. This cost me $875 dollars to have fixed by another shop. I paid Alan Webb $1431 dollars and lost the use of my truck for 2weeks. read more

This dealership charges the highest fees for diagnostic and labor for EV's of all surrounding dealerships. Nearby dealerships charge $200 for diagnostics, they charge $239-$488 plus tax just for diagnostics and $239 per hour for labor which is $24 per hour higher than the next most expensive dealership rate and $40 more than the lowest. No reason to waste your money. Plus they also have to charge tax here on top of being the highest prices. read more

Buyer beware! Do not come here for service or fixes. There are no competent service advisors; trust me I know because I dealt with Adam, David, John, and Megan. They are the worst at communicating. First they misdiagnosed the problem incurring a $4000 oil pump replacement that broke within 200 miles and at the time they also suggested a fluid flush to be paid separately even though the oil pump replacement required all the fluids to be drained from the engine. Then after having the truck again because the oil pump broke, and having it sit there because they could not figure out who the service advisor was, they finally refused to put a refurbished engine in the truck because it could possibly be missing parts or gaskets and are insisting that to have my truck serviced I must purchase a new OEM engine through them at an additional out of pocket expense of nearly $2600. Worst part is that they only installed some of the bolts to hold the engine to the frame and left some of the others loose causing damage to the truck itself and adding necessary repairs at the dealership I took the truck to afterwards. Feels like a scam, especially since another dealership happily took the work. It's been over a month without my truck, most of the time just sitting at Alan Webb. They did not offer a loaner through their Chevy dealership I had to contact the general manager of all of their dealerships to possibly get a Mazda before I found out that they refused to put in the engine. If there was one good thing about this experience it is the knowledge that Alan Webb is not the place to take my vehicle and not a place that I would take my money. read more

Going on 5 months since acquiring my truck, at time of signing I was told it would be about 2 weeks time to recur my registration and plates, was more than happy and okay with the time frame given to me by finance person CJ(CHARLES JOESPH). Let it be known as well to this day CJ has never made an effort or attempt to reach me or get back to my voicemails, no surprise there, the big surprise is with the 5 months since then, I've had to make multiple phone calls regarding the status of my registration, was told countless times the same thing, "DMV is backed up you should be on the next wave to be done", issued trip permit multiple times , EACH TIME HAVING TO CALL ON MY OWN ACCORD to request one be sent out. Took my truck in for maintenance and oil change and for wherever reason their Tech's forgot to reset the oil level. So go figure. They make the buying process very easy for you in order to get you out the door in whatever they can, and proceed to go no contact with you, I have not been updated or reached out to regarding this in almost 2 months now, just stopped calling and asking and waiting for the ticket I get so I can go ahead and let the judge know the reason as to why I don't have valid tags/permit for travel. For anyone considering Alan Webb, there's not a chance in hell you couldn't find the same car here elsewhere, but with better customer support and overall values. read more

I had my wife take in our 2025 Blazer EV for its 15k service. Which was a tire rotation and drain AC Tube. Her appointment was for 7:30. She arrived a bit early and was told to wait outside until 7:30, which I understand but it was how the comment came across. We also scheduled it for a gurgling noise coming from the HVAC system. This also happened when we first bought the car it was a bad fan. This car also had door issues when we first bought it and I asked my wife to show them the rear door on the drivers side on how it doesn't line up at all and we wanted it fixed. So they couldn't hear any fan noise issue which is weird since I heard it when my wife got home. They also said they have no way to fix the door. My wife was there from 7:30am to 1:10pm. 5 hrs and 40 minutes to rotate tires, try to diagnose a hvac issue and to check a door alignment. There is a long list of issues with this car and this dealership and Chevrolet itself have no answers! We will never buy a Chevrolet again and will advise all of our friends and co workers of the same. read more

Just pick somewhere else... you'll be better off! I called on a Saturday for a fuel leak in my Chevy Silverado and the rep on the phone was completely useless. Not only do they only do oil changes on weekends, she said they didn't have an appointment for 2 weeks out when she checked the schedule the night before. I said well is it possible you had a cancellation and can check, she said it's possible we had a cancellation, I ended up just hanging up. It was clear she had no interest in helping me. I went the extra distance and selected McLoughlin Chevrolet because they made room to have my truck looked at on a Saturday and will have it fixed this week. read more

I probably should have checked reviews first. Went in to get car fixed and they claimed they did work to fix my car but after driving away realized there was an issue still. They wanted to charge me for more diagnostic work saying it was a new issue. Took the vehicle back to my original mechanic (part of the repair required dealership software program) where he fixed the issue (for free). The dealer tech hadn't done anything on the vehicle. In addition they tried to say I needed new ball joints costing $3k and my mechanic said they were perfectly fine. It's a shame integrity and pride of work isn't as important these days. read more

I was pleasantly surprised that Bob Nodine was very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable, with no pressure to buy when we were there just looking around. He showed us the Colorado's and when we found one we liked, he handed us the keys for a test drive and again no pressure on buying when we returned. Leo Collin in Finance was also very helpful when we came back the following week, and was able to answer all our questions and didn't pressure us into buying additions and options we didn't want. He also got us done in a very timely manner and we didn't spend the whole day there which is ideal. This is the type of sales and service one would want when they walk into a dealership. In June, 2024, when your former employee informed me my Chevy was ready after a service appointment, he presented me with the invoice totaling $422.90. I had coupons for a battery and tire rotation, and my oil change was free (lifetime contract), and I had asked for an estimate to replace a rearview mirror that had been knocked off that day when a truck sideswiped me. This was all I should have been asked to pay: 169.90 plus tax. The added $193.00 was a shock to me. He said it was a for a diagnosis of the rearview mirror. I said that was just wrong, that no diagnosis was needed, that anyone could see that the mirror was simply missing--the wires and mounting were still attached (see enclosed photo). I told him to take the $193 off of the bill and also give me the 2 coupon discounts which did not appear on the original bill that he presented to me. He then hand-wrote the 2 discounts on a copy of the invoice, and then asked, "Would you pay $50 for a diagnosis of a problem with your vehicle?" I became confused when he started crossing out figures on the copy of the bill while saying "I have to pay my technicians something." By this time I was completely confused (I was 83 years old) and handed him my credit card. I phoned several times the next month, and he each time told me the mirror had not yet arrived. 0n 7/22/24 he phoned me and quoted $193 for (future) labor to replace the mirror and over $300 for the mirror itself, which he still had not received, though he supposedly ordered it on 6/26. I told him to immediately refund to my credit card all the bogus charges related to the mirror. He said, "Okay." I spoke to him again at least twice in the next months when my credit card did not show the money returned to my account. It is now October 2025 and I am still waiting for the refund even after writing a letter to the current Service Manager. read more

Needed a car key reprogrammed, was $122 (wow) for the key and cut. Bill came out to $600 I was charged $400 for labor to reprogram... a single car key. Plus $93 to "diagnose". Mind-blowing Also, dropped off the car and never got word it was done, I had to reach out. Texted the service tech before they closed on day one, no response. Double texted again in the afternoon the next day and got a "your vehicle is done" text back. Go in to pick it up and their online progress tracker still says the car is mid-way through service. Guy tells me "I'll bring the car around front and meet you out there". I stand outside in the rain for no joke 15 minutes. I have to walk back to the service tech to tell him I'm still waiting for my car. Dude is just sitting in his office. Total dog shit service and got completely ripped off as a cherry on top. I had an issue with my car and they told me it was this and then when that didn't work it was something else. $6000 later I had a tow vehicle pick up my vehicle and a friend of mine and I replaced a $50 part and everything was fixed. You want me to remove this review refund my $6000. I filed a complaint with Washington's Attorney General's Office but they are about as effective as that group governing the LA's fires! We had our car serviced by this dealership. When we arrived to pick up the car, they wanted to charge us an additional $30 to use a credit card! At no time was this previously mentioned, nor was this "fee" posted anywhere. Fortunately we had the cash to pay the bill but what a scam. When it fell he came unglued, and SCREAMED the F word and a steady stream of vulgarity for about 20 seconds. He picks up the tool and just walks out, no apology nor acknowledgement for his actions. Jason sat there, didn't admonish, correct, or say a word. This is after I had told him I'm a war veteran with PTSD. Is this Alan Webb's idea of customer service? UPDATE...... I have been in contact with a very nice gentleman from the store. They are going to fix the problem. They have ordered my new part and it should be in by Monday. I Took my car in for a recall on my airbags yesterday. AFTER signing paperwork I was then told that my dash was cracked and was asked if I knew that it was that way before I brought it in. I told her no there was no crack before bringing it in, but then she immediately turned it around and told me there was no way they could have possibly done it, And that it's a common issue that happens from the sun. We have other vehicles that do have dash cracks from the sun but this looks completely different then those, it's a pressure crack. I was also told that this has happened to others before and it's a $2,000 fix. I think it's odd that she told me they have had other issues like this in the past but didn't take the steps to insure this was already a problem befor they began. So again they know this is an ongoing problem but yet failed to take pictures or call/text to inform me of this "problem" before going forward and working on my vehicle. I called to speak to a manager but got a call back from the service lady who did my paperwork instead. I feel everything I say to this lady is getting turned around as it was my problem from the beginning, and I should have been aware of this issue before bringing my vehicle in. Yet I know there was no crack in my dash before bringing it in because as I had just detailed my vehicle. Looking at the rest of the dash you can tell these cracks are so fresh that dust hasn't even had time to settle in them. I feel like I'm just going in circles talking to this lady and will be contacting the GM to see what we can do to resolve the issue. I purchased my 2017 Bolt at Alan Webb in mid-2017. There have been a few minor glitches here and there which is typical for the 1st model year of most any car. Alan Webb has performed well, overall. From the purchase ease to the maintenance/upkeep/warranty work. The big recall, its high voltage battery, was recently carried out; at the same time, the service dept. replaced a warranty item, the battery disconnect relay. This relay took about 5 months to obtain. I'm well aware our collective current supply chain logistics nightmare extends into the auto parts realm. Megan Murphy, in the service department, kept in contact along the way and offered updates as they surfaced. Megan is outstanding. Her customer service skills are more than apparent. I hope management sees her ongoing value to Alan Webb. I've had a few dealings with Sequora (sp?) in Megan's absence and she's been equally as helpful. read more

Service Department Only I don't know about the sales side. Took my new-to-me 2017 Volt in for service. They have set it up that if you drive a Volt you relate to Megan Murphy in their service department. She is nice enough. She has a hard time returning phone calls and staying in contact. I could forgive that. The dishonesty of the statement, "!I tried to get in touch unsuccessfully," is what rubbed me the wrong way. If I can't trust you in the basics, how can I trust you with much of anything. They could not replicate my issues and so didn't charge me. However, because there was no warranty repair, I paid for the rental. If Megan had let me know I could have saved myself one day's rental charge. I must say, Dave, who had to serve me on the Saturday because he was the only rep working, was on top of it returned calls and was helpful. But because they funnel me one way, I will find a different dealer for any necessary maintenance or repairs on my vehicle in the future. read more

bought a '21 Tahoe diesel from here. I also purchased lifetime oil changes and extended 100k mile warranty. I took the Tahoe in for an oil change before a long road trip. my husband noticed oil splatter under the truck, as if oil was leaking or the techs don't drop the skid plate while draining the oil. Service was complete, the adviser hands me my keys and I should be good to go. On our road trip we see more oil spatter and there is leaking oil. My husband calls the dealer, and they say, well warranties end at 36k mile and you truck is over 36k miles. My husbands reaction is " so you dont tell us the oils is leaking because you think the warranty ends at 36k?". He had to let the advise know we have 100k mi warranty. Jason White (pic below)made every part of this transaction challenging and literally told me to go F*** myself and hung up on me after I asked him to deliver the temporary permit he failed to place in the car. I had a great experience at Webb. My green Jeep Patriot was rear ended two weeks ago and I was researching for a good value replacement. Most of these 4x4s have higher prices that dealers don't want to move the price. I chased a number of Patriots and everything was priced high, to old, to many miles, or Carfax showed issues. My neighbor and I were enjoying beer time on his patio when he found the listing online for a 2016 Jeep Patriot with acceptable mileage and it was green like the old Jeep. There was no price on the listing so I called the dealership. I talked with Keith and we talked about the Jeep. He had to get the price for it so he grabbed my number. Keith called back right away with a price. Then he text me some reference info. Thinking about getting out there on Friday for a test drive. It's 20 miles away and the i5 bridge north would take forever. Not to mention we already had a few beers. No driving tonight! We had a text conversation on price and they gave me a good deal. The next day I did some research and found that this was a real good deal. I checked the Carfax. Clean 38k miles. Yes, I was at work checking out cars. I text Keith and told him I'm jumping out at lunch to run up for a test drive. He replied that the will pull it up front. Hour later I pull into the lot and there was the Jeep. Looks like my old Patriot. I parked that rental focus and walked around the Jeep. Very clean. Walked in and chatted with Keith. He had the keys and asked if mike could walk me through everything. Ok. Everything was clean, checked, fresh oil changed, fluids topped off, battery clean. Everything was just right. Mike and I took it out for a test drive. It rides higher than that rental focus I've been driving. Took her on the freeway with no problems, hit the big block around the dealership. Very nice. It rode different than my 09 with a CVT transmission. The 6 speed is just a little shifty. We ran the numbers, paperwork and about an hour later I was driving away with a new to me Jeep Patriot. Purchased my 2022 Chevy Silverado through Alan Webb a few months ago. As with so many vehicles today, there is a shortage and there was a hefty adjustment over MSRP. I came in near closing time and the pressure was on. No way to put a deposit to even hold it to the following morning saying that would be illegal as it would be false advertising for anyone that might see it on their website, however I have since learned other dealerships interpret this differently and gladly took a deposit to hold a vehicle that was in high demand as well. Ultimately I purchased the truck as it did meet the criteria I had and do love the truck, but would rather I could have supported a more friendly dealer. I e tried scheduling service there three times and have had difficulty finding any times that would work and able to get appts at other dealers with friendlier service than I have received in the past at Alan Webb with my prior truck. Would say they may have what you want, and if so, may be worth getting. But, go in with eyes wide open and knowing what you are willing to pay and don't count on support after the sale. read more
