I was very clear from the start that I needed to confirm a few specific mechanical details before making the drive from south of Portland. Specifically I asked for a cold start video to listen for engine health and a quick confirmation on whether the coolant pipes had been upgraded to aluminum. These are deal breaker items on these cars and it takes less than two minutes to check. Despite calling the main office and texting both the business line and a personal line for a salesman named Chris I got absolutely nowhere. I waited over 24 hours for a simple response and was met with total silence. If a dealer cannot be bothered to provide basic transparency or even a "we are working on it" text to a vetted buyer with an appointment then they are telling you exactly how they operate. It feels like they are just waiting for someone who won't ask the right questions about the car's history. I ended up cancelling my visit because the lack of communication is a massive red flag for any major mechanical issues they might be hiding. My daughter just bought a car from here. Two days after she bought it, she started experiencing some weird automatic lock issues and took it into a mechanic and they did a full review of the vehicle and the findings were shocking. The codes had been cleared, so no engine lights were on when she bought it, however, based on the mechanic findings, the value of the car that was financed, would've been misrepresented to the bank. We've had some pretty stereotypical car dealership experiences in the past, but this one tops the cake. I'm going to keep the short and sweet - I purchased a vehicle from used LLC on 06/27/2025 two days later the check engine light came on, got a certified mechanic to check it out. This car has 15 codes 3 of which are high priority, including one that has to do with the engine!! I was informed it's going to cost $5000 to get this car back up and running safely. I sent this mechanic report to the dealership and they laughed in my face they were so very inappropriate. My Lender believes that this dealership knew about the problems this car has prior to me purchasing it. Please if you go here and run into some problems with the car you purchase.. Report to the Washington state Department of licensing and the Attorney General. This place needs to be investigated ASAP!!!! read more

Like literally, we were escorted off the property because I didn't want him to give us a personal tour. -If you're looking for a vehicle, know that they have zero information about their vehicles on the cars in the lot. We were told, "The numbers are all in my head". -Cars are jam packed into the lot so very unlikely you'll be able to properly test drive a car. -There's a lovely sign wishing you a "Merry Christmas even if you're offended" right up on their marquee so, you know, they couldn't just say Merry Christmas withought being passive aggressive. That is pretty much the attitude you'll be met with should you decide to continue on to the lot. 1 star for the diversity of cars. So I called the dealership and spoke with "DIXIE " and she apologized up and down, back and forth, side to side and stated that "THEY" forgot to record my "Balloon " payment that I clearly paid on Dec 15. The incompetent that took my payment over the phone not only took my 200.00 payment but charged me a 6.00 processing fee because I used my credit card. I was also informed that my plates would not be processed until after my FIRST ACTUAL CAR PAYMENT... No where in any of the documents I signed states this ... Add me to the list of people screwed by Used LLC/Used Imports in Vancouver Washington. I needed a mini-van for work. I wanted something newer so I could do Lyft/Uber. They had a 2017 Van that looked great, drove great, felt great for a good price. I bought it on the spot with $2000 down. with $8200 financed. Just before I hit 50 miles, the check engine light came on. Red flag #1. Codes were for a bad transmission solenoid. The next day they called me up to resign the paperwork to remove the Gap Insurance ($600,) off the contract due to my large down payment - at least a point in their favor. While I was up there, I asked if they had a code reader to take a look at it. I plugged it in, read the code and Dan looked it up on his phone. He said "You just need to get the transmission fluid checked. Oh and by the way you should get some 'Seafoam' for the ticking sound in the engine" (that I hadn't even noticed. So I roll away and take it to my regular guy. Who can't do anything because Dodge has a special tool to get into the transmission. I take it to the dealer ship who calls me back a few hours later with a quote of $9800 to replace the transmission because it is obviously burnt up, and to also replace the Camshaft and lifters. Another repair shop, without telling them what was wrong, confirmed the same prognosis with a similar price point. I had to leave town, but texted Dan asking what they were going to do to make this right. He ended it by saying "We're not on the same planet, don't contact me again." So, I'm out $2k for the down payment. Out over $1k for a rental car for the business trip that took me out of town, a few hundred into Lyft fees, the same in diagnostic costs, $1k to fix my old car enough to get it moving again, and a drained bank account. Off the lot had to get the oil change, windshield wipers, break pads and rotors. I've had the car for less than a month. Paid outright in full for the vehicle $10,800, Hyundai Santa Fe, 2016. I Called to ask a question about the extended warranty I purchase. I had expressed that it was disappointing the warranty didn't cover the breaks as they were considered a wear and tear part. I was told if I didn't want to cover the cost of the new breaks I should've gone to the Hyundai dealership and spent $50,000 for a new car. As it was expressed to me $10,800 isn't considered enough money to not have wear and tear problems off the dealership lot. Then was hung up on. Our beloved Volvo got hit by a drunk driver and totaled. With settlement money in hand I started looking through Craigslist for a replacement, like I had before. After dealing with disappointing sellers, no call backs, people forgetting to take down their ads after the vehicle was sold we started looking at used cars through various lots. I had dealings with this lot before when I was selling auto parts, they never wanted the cheapest parts which told me a lot. So The Wife and I set off to their lot to look around at their inventory. After a few minutes we were approached by Zach, we was not your stereotypical used car salesperson. He was also wearing his mask while dealing with us, which we liked. He listened to our needs, our budget and our sob story about The Wife getting rear ended by a drunk. We showed a few cars that did not really do anything for us. Then he showed us a 2007 Honda Accord, which I immediately discounted because I did not think The Wife would dig it, even though I knew they were good cars. Amazingly, she liked it, then she sat in it and really liked it. We went for a test drive and she fell in love with the 166 V-Tech supplied horsepower. The cushy leather interior and the ride. I then looked over everything from grill to taillights, checking for signs of leaks or abuse. Happy with what I saw we agreed to take it. We went into the office and started into the paperwork, everyone in the office were wearing masks, there was social distancing and plexiglass across the counter. We got down to the money part and we agreed on a fair price. We opted to pay with a card and were warned it would be an extra 3% charge for the processing fee. I knew that our bank was right down the road and Zach was more than happy to wait while I ran and got the cash while The Wife finished the paperwork. That saved us a few hundred dollars. All in all it was a positive experience. Since leaving the lot I have had a chance to look more things over on the car and am impressed that everything Zach told me about its history was true. When he called them about the mechanical issues, he was treated very rudely and was told basically that's too bad. I will never buy anything from them, they mistreat customers and are sketchy. The owner even went through Facebook and paid admins of local sales groups to block all the other admins and give him the groups. If you say anything bad about him or his lot, he blocks you from the group. He's greedy and underhanded...he lives up to the stereotype of "used car salesman." Horrible customer service!! Bought a car from them, at present time it has been 72 days since date of purchase. Paid cash for the vehicle. Have yet to receive the title, tags and license plates. The car has a salvage title and was never cleared by the Washington Department of transportation. Called today to the department of transportation and found out that the car is not even legal to be driven on the street. Have been into the dealership multiple times to try to get the title and license plates and all I get is the runaround. The sales people are cocky and completely unhelpful, say there is nothing they can do to help. The title clerk and other staff constantly say they can't get an appointment to get title cleared up. Filed a complaint with the department of transportation to get this cleared up. Warning don't do business with this dealership!!! We've never had a truck before but found that we were doing so much work on a home/property that we really needed one. I saw a Tundra driving by Used, LLC, and I was met by Curtis at the door. Now, I had been looking for a while, so I had been pricing and studying histories on various makes and models. I was informed. It was a high mileage vehicle - something we were willing to gamble with, since it had an extensive history of maintenance on carfax by the one previous owner. We brought a friend with us with a lot of auto mechanical knowledge. Also, we forgot to bring a diagnostic car code reader, but the dealership had one and readily offered it to us to use on this engine. I felt the test drive route perimeter specified by the dealership was a bit too strict, but I can understand the need to do that. We negotiated what we felt to be a fair price and left shortly thereafter with the truck. It was a smooth transaction, but no matter WHO we bought a used vehicle from, we were going to check it top to bottom to be sure we knew what we were getting. Previously, we had been to a completely different seller to look at another truck, and the oil wasn't even visible on the dipstick. Sold a 2022 Toyota Corolla with a rebuilt title after major frame damage for more than full retail value of a new 2022 Corolla, as if it were clean. Screwed me out of $6500 for the difference. The frame isn't safe to drive. They also sneaked off the GAP insurance from the contract; and so my insurance company wouldn't cover the difference in case of an accident; if I survived because the car could crumble like an accordion. This dealership tried to scam 2 young ladies. Lady one was already pre approved from a legitimate credit union. Her friend was merely there to give her a ride to the dealership to purchase a car she had seen prior. The salesperson had informed us they had last a lawsuit against the credit union so they may not work with them on the financing of the vehicle. However, they workbwith hundreds of other banks, so getting her financed for their bank should not be an issue. the dealership double talked these two young ladies into co-signing, and signing for the vehicle and wanted a 550.00 down payment and paperwork would be cleaned up the following business days however, the credit union refused to do business with this dealership and told my daughter she had 2 choices. Either return the car and go to a reputable dealership, or keep the car and find other financing. She had no choice but to return the car on Monday (next business day). The dealership refused to finance her for this vehicle. The law, AND their contract states the vehicle must be returned no later than 4 bussiness days if financing cannot be provided. At first the dealership told them no after several scare tactics, but ultimately refused to return her down payment, and told her that her and her friend will now have a voluntary repossession on their credit. This dealership will take advantage of you and destroy your credit while stealing your money..all with a smile on their face. They are rude, unprofessional and con artists who love to take advantage of young women and unsuspecting consumers. There is a reason why they are not accredited and have an F rating. Had to give 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. My girlfriend bought a Chevy sonic from here, and two days later the left headlight went out. A month later, the front right tire blew out. When it rained, water would leak out of the lights on the top. Eventually the car started to have leaks and transmission issues. Needless to say, the car had was in really bad condition should not have been in the car lot to sell. The cars sold here are not the only reason to not buy from this establishment. The staff are sneaky and will do whatever it takes just to get a sale. They'll be nice in the beginning, but once you sign the papers, you are basically trash to them. When my girlfriend lost her job due to COVID, we weren't able to make a payment on the car. I personally called them to see if I could pay the monthly payment 10 days after the due date. The customer rep I spoke to said that it was okay. However, a week after the phone call we were greeted with a repossession man who took her car in the most manipulative way. We tried getting the car back the next day to discuss all the arrangements that were made but was given the time of day. We were then sitting with the manager who basically said we had to pay penalty fees and repo fees that totaled to about $1000. My girlfriend tried to get the repo fee removed (after being told that that payment would be waived over the phone) and after a couple of exchanges the manager kicked her out of the property and refused to give her her car back. They also wanted to be an ass and let her wait 21 days to retrieve her stuff from the repo car even though the car was in the parking lot. We waited the 21 days and did not get a message from them about retrieving the stuff from the car. So I called and was told everything was bagged up and ready to go. I get to the property and they could not find the bags. And told me to come back next Saturday. A couple days after that they started messaging my girlfriend saying that they had her stuff and that she should get it immediately otherwise they will donate it. We were furious, and I had to take the day off from work to retrieve her belongings. This is not how a business should run. Do yourself a favor and look for a car anywhere else. I bought a 2006 f-150 from these guys and not even an hour after driving off the lot I let them know that the truck was unsafe to drive (mind you the they would not let me drive it on the freeway past 60mp) and I reiterated that to them. They didn't care even tho the check engine light was on as well! Agreement was 2500 down and they were going to call me and let me know what's going on with the financing portion of it. I got a message from Alliance finance to give them a call so I did, then he asked where the truck was and I told them in the shop, and he asked "how long you had it" I told him this is third day and technically 2.5 days. And he asked y the dealership wasn't doing anything about it and I told him exactly what zack told me the same day I bought it! So then alliance, said they call me back. With in 5 mins I get a text from used LLC . I get a message right after speaking to alliance, from Used Llc (copied and pasted for you to see) "Thank you for your recent purchase of your 2006 Ford F150 SuperCrew Cab. We are pleased to confirm for you that Used LLC has satisfied or waived the condition of financing for your vehicle and is able to unconditionally accept your vehicle purchase order. Congratulations. As always, please call us if you have any questions regarding your new vehicle." So I called both many times and they kept telling me they were working on it and they get back to me! Still calling them trying to figure things out! I didn't hear anything from Alliance finance nor did I hear anything from used car LLC/ imported motors.(all with in a two and half week time frame) So then 3 1/2 weeks goes by and I get a phone call from Zack and he was so rude within the first sentence of me saying hello, zacks words to me " what's what's going on this is Zach why haven't you made your down payment?" " we are trying to figure out what's going on and why you haven't made that yet it's been almost a month" I expressed to him that I have been trying to work get a hold of them figure out who's even financing my loan and then trying to even get a hold of Alliance finance. And I told him about the text message that I had received, and I was trying to figure out what I ment, and then since I hadn't heard from them I thought they were letting me take the down payment to fix the truck because they knew what they did and how bad of a condition it was/is. Exact words to me from zack " I have no idea what you're talking about it doesn't work that way and we need the down payment today"! And immediately transferred me over to Leah in the finance department. This was our second time dealing with them. The first time, we were hesitant about the car, but it turned out to be a great runner. This time though, everything seemed to be good until we were on the way home and the check engine light came on. Did some checking, and took it through DEQ to see exactly what was going on. No surprise, the car failed. The codes had been cleared so the light was off for a while. Called the dealership, and their statement was "you signed the paperwork". I will be talking with attorneys in Washington and Oregon about this. I shouldn't have to pay to repair a problem that they tried to hide. read more
