Ingrid has treated my natural hair with a blow out but I love getting extensions from her. They include: fusion bonds, Microlink bonds, Brazilian knots and simple braids! I recently asked her to try a braiding style which turned out GREAT! I use bond extensions because I have psoriasis on my scalp and cannot manage sew ins, I need to wash my hair very often. Ingrid always goes above and beyond to make sure I have great coverage and the extension hair blends well with my real hair. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. I saw the reviews and decided to make an appointment. Upon arriving, I was hurriedly greeted by my threader and then asked to lie down. She did not ask me how I wanted my eyebrows-just began threading right away. The session was about 2-3 minutes (fastest eyebrow threading session I've ever had) and was very painful. She handed me a mirror and did not ask how I liked my eyebrows nor did she offer me any witch hazel or aloe which is what every eyebrow threading shop offers at the end of your session. This is the first time and place that this was not offered to me. I felt like my threader just wanted to hurry up and be done with me so she could get back to her phone call. Very poor customer service and the end result was extremely mediocre. Instead of asking her to shape them better, I decided to just leave. I will go back to my usual spot and have them fix the brows. I will not be retuning here nor recommending to others. $12 for poor customer service and mediocre threading is entirely too much when there are so many other shops in the area to choose from.
