Throughout the haircut, the stylist appeared uncertain and unsteady, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I did not feel confident in the process at any point. I only stayed because I was with my 16-year-old and did not want to escalate the situation in front of her. Overall, I paid $80 for a service that was not delivered as requested.
