I cannot express how deeply dissatisfied I am with this company. I placed an order three weeks ago and have reached out multiple times simply to find out when it would ship. Despite my efforts, I have received no meaningful update. To make matters worse, I have now received three separate emails informing me that items I purchased are suddenly "out of stock." If you do not have sufficient inventory to fulfill orders, that should be accurately reflected on your website. Customers should not be allowed to purchase products that you do not actually have available. Making a customer wait three weeks only to repeatedly cancel items from their order is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, inventory management, and overall customer service has been extremely disappointing. What is even more frustrating is that instead of providing a shipping date, an estimated timeline, or any meaningful communication regarding my order status, you simply canceled the entire order. After waiting three weeks and repeatedly following up for answers, that response is unacceptable. At this point, I will never purchase from this company again. Offering discount codes, $10 credits, or 10% off future purchases does not address the underlying issue. A discount is meaningless when the company is unable to fulfill orders in the first place. LET ME JUST SAY i was craving caffine i needed it. but my good ole friend got me one, first of all why is the can smashed to death? ridiculous. second of all why was it flat? If I could give 0 stars I would, cans arrived damaged and exploded. Not only was their customer service rude they didn't offer a replacement or a refund. The only thing they would offer was a store credit and conveniently left out the store credit would be for HALF of what I paid for this garbage. BBB complaint has been filed. I placed an online order on 8-29-24 for (4) four twelve packs of 12 ounce cans of Cherry Slush from Alani Nu. I received the tracking number on 8-31-24. The product was delivered. on Wednesday, 9-4-24. The order was delivered on September 4, 2024. Upon arrival, the package had clearly been mishandled during shipping. Multiple cans were damaged and leaking. When I attempted to bring the box inside, the bottom fell out, spilling cans onto the concrete stoop and into my home. This resulted in an extensive cleanup, taking three hours. I attempted to contact Alani Nu immediately but discovered there was no phone number or FAQ section addressing damaged products on their website. The only option available was an email address. I sent an email at 5:49 PM on September 4, 2024, including four pictures of the damaged items and packaging. On September 5, at 9:21 AM, Alani Nu requested additional pictures of all the damaged cans. By that time, the mess had been cleaned up and the damaged items discarded. I explained this in my response at 2:20 PM. Despite this, I received repeated requests for additional pictures through September 7. Finally, on September 9, Alani Nu offered a $15 store credit, which I found unacceptable. I requested either a full replacement of the items or a refund to my Capital One account. Alani Nu refused. This experience reflects poorly on Alani Nu's commitment to customer service and its handling of damaged goods. A BBB claim has been filed. The product is very tasty. If purchasing it, I would recommend a store where you can check the items before you buy them. read more

Alani Nu is one of my favorite energy drinks. It is low calorie, low fat, and low carb with a great flavor. I haven't tried the cherry flavor as I am not a fan of cherry. However, all the ones I've tried (including but limited to orange, watermelon, blue slush, cosmic stardust, and breezeberry), have lots of flavor and taste great. Some of them have a flavor you can't quite place as it seems to be a mix of flavors. If you drink these with expectations of it tasting like candy or the actual food item you might be a bit disappointed. All the ones I've tried don't seem to have a medicinal flavor, but you do have to be careful. These drinks pack a caffeinated punch. With 200mg of caffeine in each can, you can easily overdo it if you drink too many at one time. The only criticism I have was where my local store had them on sale but the shelf was empty. The store told me, they don't keep these in the back, it is the vendor that stocks the shelf. I reached out to the company to let them know so the vendor could being more the next time and was told by the company that the drinks are by availability (meaning if they are out, then that is how it is going to be until the vendor rep gets out there on their normal schedule, which not knowing the vendor reps schedule, they could be at the store the next day or 2 weeks from now.) read more

Every flavor available that I have tried thanks to the website and office coworkers , all taste tart or like Robitussin (especially the cherry flavor). The grape tastes like smelling one of those healthcare gloves. Like taking the glove, opening it up and just taking a deep inhalation. I get this same smell/taste when drinking whiskey. Somehow, flavors and vitamins do not go well together. The beverage name sounds like a Hawaiian based sorority. read more
