Then after 5 minutes of conversation I decided to end our meeting as she wanted to get a friend to comeback with her. Not sure why. I later called management about how unprofessional the experience was and that if the simple task of greeting some and being discreet about passcodes was to much for their sales staff maybe their service would be just as tacky and from the look at the reviews with overpriced trashy product and service walking away looks to have been a good choice for me. The next day the electrician, Tanner, came to our home garage to assess the cause for the loss of charging. Tanner was very courteous, professional, and efficient in determining the cause of our problem. As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint. I agreed and they wired it up when my wife and I were not at home. When I got home to inspect thier work they hacked out the job as fast and as cheap as they could. When I asked for an itemized receipt and why my bill was so high I was told that they dont have the time to break down my bill for me. On my invoice it says they had a journeyman electrician here for 7 hours but my security cameras saw him pull up at 9:17 and leave at 2:11! I felt like I was taken advantage of.
