They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. A week later (Friday, July 17, 2026) I noticed the side gate was not easy to open and close, so I called Classic Fence. It turned out the repair crew was nearby and would arrive within an hour. Sure enough Julio arrived, made some adjustments and replaced a part of the gate. Thank you!!! The work crew that came were awesome and the poor guys had a hell of a time. Full disclosure, our yard is large but old, with old pipes and a pool as old as the house but no blue prints of where those pipes are. During construction they inadvertently hit the pipes that I had no idea were located, and which they warned me ahead of time could happen. They worked through it all, came up with options and solutions, and were polite and energetic in the execution of it. I cannot say enough about those guys and I really appreciated their work. Some things just cannot be helped, but it's how a company and it's crew react - and they were all awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again at some point in time. When I have time I'll post pictures of the new fence (gotta find some from before the fence too).

We went ahead with scheduling in mid-July (said 8-12 week backlog) and finished the job in one day at the beginning of October (11 weeks exactly). They were very communicative throughout the process. The fence looks great. We upgraded to steel posts in the hopes that the fence will endure the winter storms similar to the ones that killed the original fence. Time will tell on the quality...no reason to suspect the fence will not last. The owner Chris is very friendly and respectful, as is his son whom we met for the estimate. The workers were also very friendly and respectful. We were surprised they finished the job in a day. Chris was also very easy to work with regarding splitting up payment between multiple neighbors.
