Avoid Alaska trailer as they can leave you absolutely stranded due to incompetence and unprofessional work, they are lucky I didn't take them to small claims court, very lucky. The job was completed and I made it to the Yukon Territory about 2 weeks later, traveling no more than 65 mph and a wheel bearing burned up. I was in the middle of nowhere, 2hrs from any community. 8 hrs and $900 later I was towed into Whitehorse YT at a shop. 3 days later and $2500 I was back on the road. I tried to get Alaska Trailer to do the right thing and reimburse for the towing, that didn't happen. They did refund for my cost of the one bearing repair but not the towing. If they were a legit, ethical business in Anchorage they would have refunded the towing and their initial fees for doing the crappy, work to begin with. Their work should not be allowed in Alaska and they do not stand behind their work. Get stranded because of them and oh well, not willing to make it right. You have been warned!

I personally wasnt stoked about buying another truck but whatever..I knew it was the truck for my honey . Steve was awsome to talk to. He let me look at it without demeaning me or talking to me like I was a dumb girl. Which I have found many other salesmen do. So I appreciated how Steve respected my knowledge and answered my questions. Now I left in a hurry after driving the truck I had so many things to do... My husband, based on what I had to say about the truck and the way I was treated and the air of honesty I felt while talking with Steve and Thomas, decided to buy the truck... You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Thomas stayed on top of the app and it went through and in short.. I am thrilled. These guys were awsom from start to finish. Brought it in for service -- was told the window leak couldn't be found. However, found a heavy silicone patch applied on that window alone. Liars! The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

After calling and hearing your truck will be ready in 35 mins, I showered up 2 hours later only to wait in the lobby another 50 minutes. Now I have I to go get it uninstalled for a refund, wasting Even more of my time .. what a horrible experience. Had leaking 2018 Silverado 2500HD cab factory lights that dripped from the overhead…read moreconsole/headliner. The LED OEM lights come with a foam gasket which is known to leak when it ages. I may have "bumped" them in the winter time when clearing snow from cab and cracked one or two. Oops! After talking to staff, found out they did not have the OEM style smoked amber LED lights i wanted, but would install them if I got them. Just pay for their labor. I finally got the GM OEM smoked amber LED cab lights in from GM which had upgraded rubber gaskets. I set up an appt. and they got them installed. Rained heavily on 5/28 and the interior overhead console was dry as a bone and not a drip coming in.
