Friendly, no pressure experience. Great customer service. Good pricing; take a look at their inventory and compare to others.

So you are better off going south to get what you want for the price you want. Just don't expect any warranty service from anyone in Alaska unless you have one of the few brands sold here. Even then, you might get the AK Dealer saying: "sorry, we can't service your trailer/toy hauler/5th wheel or do any warranty work on it since you did not buy it from us. If we do warranty work on it, we expect you to pay for us for it in advance and you try to get reimbursed from the manufacturer". Have your purchase inspected from top to bottom, front to back testing all fixtures, drawers, lights, heat/cooling as part of the PDI (pre-deliver inspection). Don't leave the lot until every item is fixed to your satisfaction.

The RVs are boxed in so tight none of the slide-outs were able to operate. The saleman tried to push us away from the class B transit we wanted to see and showed us used class c's I suppose they needed to sell. He had no floor plans or brochures and he went on Google to look up the RV model from the supplier website and stumbled through the specs - wow lol. The sales manager later told me they emphasize renting so they can't really accommodate people purchasing RVs. They have several RVs that are 2-3 years old and are new with 4000 miles on them - something really weird is going on here with their lack of customer service - this place is nothing like the lower 48 - buyer beware.

At around midnight, less than 80 miles from downtown, we experienced a severe accident. The six screws on the left rear outer tire were completely missing. The car was shaking violently, putting all our lives in danger. The right side of the road was a cliff with a river below, posing a significant risk of fatality for everyone in the vehicle. Fortunately, our driver, with 30 years of experience, managed to stop the car safely by pulling over to the left side, ensuring the safety of all passengers and the vehicle. The next day, the RV company did not provide a replacement vehicle until 4 PM, When the company sent repair personnel to the scene of the accident, they looked at the cause of the accident and immediately said, "This is terrifying, it's unimaginably terrible." One of the car mechanics also said, "Thank you for saving our company's vehicle." And we replied, "It's not just the vehicle , it's the lives of the seven people in the car, and the mechanic reminds us, "Please report that information to our company, and I'll report it to our company too." however, it was causing us to lose the previous night's accommodation fee and disrupting our plans for the following day. Our entire Alaskan itinerary was delayed, and we had to cancel many scheduled activities. On July 12th, when we returned the vehicle, the RV company staff were very uncooperative and refused to discuss the incident with us. knowing we have a plane to catch. They did not offer any solution and simply told us to leave. In the office, we requested a compensation plan from Chrystal, who refused to continue the conversation and asked us to leave. They insisted on taking us directly to the airport without addressing our concerns. in the end of case, they just pay back us $225.

Cumulatively: Leak in water system that flooded floor, TV fell on wife's head, flaky hot water heater, balky generator, TV wouldn't respond to remote control, gas fumes in unit if gas tank was filled more than 75%, expired vehicle registration, propane tank empty upon pickup (inconveniently discovered a few days later), and some other issues. But hey, these problems were spread out over 3 separate rentals so I'm not particularly upset (NOW, anyway), but the customer really needs to do due diligence before setting out. Bedding and linens were clean, and pickup and drop-off at airport went smoothly. Customer Service was reasonably good and polite, considering the volume of business and the assortment of jerks they have to deal with.

ABC gave us a vehicle to go have breakfast and do our shopping. There are no mileage charges and do not charge for dumping, cleaning, or any other charges that some companies apply to the bill. Would highly recommend. This was our first time to rent a motorhome and it has been a great experience.

Flight was on the ground and we were at the door at 5:55pm. Lady ignored us and locked the doors. There were a handful of renters that were left either finding a place to stay or staying in the parking lot in the rv. Checkout the following morning took a whole 10 minutes! So we had to delay our departure by 13 hours for a 10 minute process. For $4100 to rent the rv, I would think a reasonable amount of flexibility warranted. This delayed us getting to a scheduled fishing charter at cooper landing. The shuttle was also not running so we had to grab an Uber to get there. Be aware of this when considering flight times. The rv was ok.

Could've been a very serious accident) in our rented RV on August 2nd! Stranded for over a day and a half in northern Alaska. Cruise America's Travel Assistance were absolute crap and didn't help at all. They led us to believe that a mechanic will come out or some sort of travel assistance will be there to help, COMPLETE LIE. After 24hrs, Cruise America decided to finally send a new RV and tow the broken one. We thought we would be able to continue our trip (or at least what was left of it, another 5hrs at most, but at least see Denali), but the asshole (The manager, Brett) at Cruise America made us drive the driver all the way back to Anchorage (4hr + drive). We asked why couldn't he just go back with the Tow truck, but Bret declined to answer, and said we only have one option "Drive back down with the driver or I call the police". We offered to pay for an Uber, out of our own pocket, to take the driver back but Brett threatened us again with the police. He also mentioned we need to come back to "sign papers" for the new RV. When we got back, the office was closed, the driver went home, and there were no papers to sign!!! He completely lied. We felt like hostages and our trip was completely over!! Worse service ever!!!
